Fantastic Bed Side Manner
Dr.Palmer was very patient and understanding of my nervousness before the procedure. He listened to what concerns I had and was able to ease my mind. This whole ordeal has caused a lot of stress and anxiety for me and I feel that Dr. Palmer could sense that and made sure that I left the procedure feeling a little better about the outcome.

Put me at ease during procedure
Had stereotactic breast biopsy. Dr. Palmer explained the procedure and answered my questions prior to procedure. He was quiet and calm and really put me at ease during the procedure. Checked on me after procedure. Would go to him again if needed and would recommend him to friends and family.

Very Kind Doctor
I was very scared about this procedure before entering the building. However, after meeting Dr Palmer, my mind and nerves were quickly put to ease. Skilled, concerned, and accurate
Dr. Palmer has performed two biopsies on me two years apart. In both cases, his skill made for the quickest possible procedures with the least amount of invasion. He discussed the procedure with me ahead of time. He was concerned about my pain level. He worked quickly and accurately. He met with me after the procedure and was reassuring, leaving me much more relaxed when I left than when I arrived.

Easy pain free needle biopsy
This is the second needle breast biopsy I've had done and I have to say Dr. Palmer and his team made it a breeze. Everything was explained so well and there was virtually no pain. Thank you!
