Excellent experience with competent Doctor and staff.
Their efficiency was amazing and so appreciated. I had a back epidural with two shots. I was in and out with the smooth efficiency of Dr. Strand and his staff. My pain relief is much better today. I will be making an appointment with Dr. Strand for pain relief for my neck.

Solid, trustworthy and sober
Dr.Strand worked quickly with me, based on my pain level through out my hip/right leg pain threshold which was running high.
He made me do some leg motions to assess where we were at - I ended up getting a cortisone shot for my leg.
Follow up action is for getting an MRI, and then assessing what option exists next.
I appreciated Dr.Strand and his efficient care for getting seen, heard, acknowledged and treated and follow up plans/communications. Thanks Dr.Strand.

Excellent care
Dr Strand has given me my quality of life back! I was experiencing level 6-10 pain in my daily routine. Now I’m around a 1-3 at most during my routine activities, I can do more, I can enjoy my life!

I was referred to Dr. Strand by one of his associates for continuing pain despite cervical and lumbar surgeries. He is very personable and takes the time to listen. In partnership with the patient, he discusses treatment options. His team is wonderful and I am enjoying being a patient!

A blessed experience
He and his staff truly treat you with respect and listen to your concerns. And answer you, not push you away. Dr. Strand, also enlighten me concerning medicine he couldn't give me to help my pain because of a previous surgery I had. The surgeon didn't tell me. Dr. Strand has helped my quality of life.

I’m in chronic pain due to R.S.D & previous neck & back surgeries. Dr. Strand listens to my pain level & provides me with the best decisions to treat my issues. He not only prescribes meds but suggested over the counter herbs to help. Along with excercise/ stretching. He’s been my pain mgt. doctor for over 4 years. His entire staff.. Dr. Strand is a excellent pain-management specialist
I've been seeing him for about 10 yeas to develop and follow a pain-management plan for severe neck problems due to a bone-overgrowth condition and exacerbating factors such as a job that requires a lot of time on the computer and at an editing desk. He has followed changes in my condition closely and done a great job of keeping the pain in check while planning for future developments. I highly recommend his practice!
