Makes Pain Management a Breeze
Dr. Strand and his medical assistant, Sam, are very knowledgeable, helpful and more than willing to listen to my million questions in order to help me find the right treatment. They explain everything to me before it happens and are always available to help. I highly recommend Dr. Strand to anyone having neck and back pain and have experienced problems with treatment in the past.

Pleasantly surprised
I have been to a couple of 'pain doctors' in the past other than Dr. Strand. Therefore, I wasn't expecting much, but the pain and numbness in my back, down my legs to my toes drove me to try again. I was impressed to find Dr. Strand didn't immediately prescribe morphine or some other meds for pain. He didn't have me waiting for a long time for an injection and rush me off afterwards. Dr. Strand listened to me intently and explained what treatments I could undergo from step to step with always it being my decision to make. Dr. Strand exhibits confidence and friendliness while always maintaining his professionalism. His staff is friendly and kind; always expressing real concern.

Dr. Strand is always attentive and empathetic. He always has a clear explanation as well as a follow up treatment. Dr. Strand always offers a full reason and explanation of insurance protocols. I always leave understanding my diagnosis, any upcoming procedures and prognosis.

Great!
Went to Dr. Strand / Atlantic Ortho after minimal relief from another provider. During my initial visit, he LISTENED and knew what the problem was. After 2 injections, I'm pretty much pain-free. Oh, the office staff are great, they are professional and extremely polite!

Very professional loved him
When I came in very professional very clean place asked me if I had any questions on the procedure he was going to do did the procedure wasn’t painful. I even was joking around and said I had been in pain since August 9 but I’ve had to do the hoops for the insurance company and he says yeah you sure do you have to do a lot to get to see me and if I had any more issues of to contact his office for a follow up
