Great experience
I came with really bad allergies, Dr Kopyltsova and the nurses were super nice and helpful, very considerate and patient. After all the testing we were able to figure out my issues and have a path for treatment.

Caring, professional and compassionate
Our first visit for my 15 year old son, the whole staff was so nice, friendly and super compassionate. My son started feeling sick and they took his pressure and was very low, they took care of him and they made us feel safe and at ease on tøp of that the reschedule the appointment immediately to our best convenience.

The best experience I have ever had with any doctor, hands down.
Everyone in her office was incredibly welcoming. Dr. K herself was very kind and listened to me explain my situation (a persistent set of hives for which I had seen other doctors but was never diagnosed), while then quickly and efficiently figuring out the problem. It is a huge relief to finally get answers and be able to treat my discomfort. I am deeply grateful, and would happily recommend her to anyone.

Mostly a good experience but rushed at the end.
Dr K has good people skills and inspires confidence. However, the appointment was cut at the end by a staff member who poked her head in and said Dr K was needed elsewhere before I got a clear answer to all my questions. It didn't appear to be a life or death emergency and I was left with the feeling that appointments are timed and interrupted if they begin to go over. Dr's offices are not assembly lines and feedback from patients should be obtained before the appointment is concluded. I will return for care because I trust Dr K and speak up if it happens again.

when a patient arrives at the clinic and realizes that the team really concern about you I felt protected on the doctor hands. We came in with our two year old for an allergy test and right away, Dr. Kopyltsova made sure we felt comfortable. She listened to our concerns and was incredibly attentive - she's a real calming presence. Super knowledgeable and experienced. Would definitely recommend!
