A wonderful experience

I went to see an allergist, and got Dr. Yelena . She’s sweet and smart . I am very satisfied on her explanations that no more questions will come up in my mind coz she discussed every important issue already. I would highly recommend this clinic , they have friendly staff and will attend your needs right away and help you the best way they can.

An ENT Office that WON'T make you storm out in a rage, terrified and without hope
Trying to start treatment with a new medical specialist is a terrifyingly vulnerable proposition to be in, but Dr. Kopyltsova and her colleagues are patient, empathetic, and genuinely interested in, just like, giving you relief from your medical problems.
At every step, I've been taken seriously and talked to as a human. I feel as though avenues of inquiry are being taken and progress is being made with my case. The staff even takes the time to coach you on how to navigate your insurance--and I mean *your* insurance, like "Oh [insurer] usually covers this but not this, and you should ask about this specifically because they only cover it sometimes."

Patient and knowledgeable
My daughter has been going to Dr.K for years and recently my younger son was introduced to the practice. Everyone there is very friendly and Dr. K is very kid friendly. She is extremely patient and soft spoken. My kids like her a lot. What’s most important is that’s she listens and really considers my feedback on an overall analysis.

The Doctor was wonderful and caring. And the staff was excellent.
All of the office staff were extremely courteous and professional.
Crystal (the doctor's assistant) was very nice. My wife has not been well and she was very kind and empathetic.
Dr. Yelena was very patient and understanding with my wife and showed an extreme desire to help her get well. If you have to go to a doctor, they made it as nice an experience as possible.
