Very Attentive and Considerate
Dr. Kopyltsova is really an outstanding doctor. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, she made us feel cared for. She remembered my son's scratched up back from an appointment 3 weeks prior (part of a terrible allergic reaction), she was considerate of his fears by offering to draw blood along with his upcoming annual visit (rather than two needles on two occasions), and she LISTENED to us during our visit. A doctor who is this considerate is rare these days. I will recommend her to all I know.

Best, Most Humane, Medical Experience in NYC
I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. Dr. Kopyltsova was as kind, focused, clear, and helpful as one could hope. She listened carefully to my situation, gave me of an idea of the steps she would take to resolve it, and I left the office knowing I was in good and capable hands. The PAs and the office staff were equally professional, attentive, and responsive to my needs. If you see Dr. K at ENT and Allergy Associates Astoria - consider that a blessing.

Great attentive, patient doctor who really cares about her patients well being.
Dr. Kopyltsova was genuinely concerned for my well-being from start to finish. She gave me all of the facts and options while completely leaving the decision up to me. Usually, doctors are rushing you out the door and don't take the time to even listen to you, but that was not the case at all for this doctor. She was extremely helpful and guided me through all of my options and supported me completely. She ordered all the tests necessary to come up with a solution at that moment and was very empathetic to my health issues. Great doctor, great experience overall, I wish all my doctors were like Dr. Kopyltsova. Thank you!

She is an amazing doctor and my allergies have been at their best ever since I started seeing her!
She really takes the time to understand what is happening with me and she is always putting me on the right track. She does tests every once in a while to see where I'm at. My allergies usually came up once or twice a year with a full-body reaction, but ever since I started seeing her and going on her medications my allergies have gotten under control! Truly someone I would recommend.
