Professional
Dr. Landrum is and has always been honest and upfront when it came to my pain management. Doc is not one that makes promises and or guarantees about what he is able to do. He is NOT a doctor who is easily persuaded to write anyone a prescription for opioid. Dr. Landrum cares about and for his patients and our way of life regardless of who you are. Doc is one of the few Specialists who honestly want to find the answers to the chronic pain issues we as Patients live with every day.

I had a very good experience with my procedure very good care nurses checking on me constantly doctor did what he had to do did it very quickly and well done and pulled me out of pain at least at this time at 50%

pleasant, informative, trusting relationship
as with all my previous experiences with Dr. Landrum and his staff, it was very pleasant, caring, informative and I have complete trust with Dr. Landrum. He is always contemplating alternative treatments if the current treatment does not succeed as he and I both hope. I honestly believe in him.

Upon arriving for my procedure, Dr. Landrum took time to review the procedure, explain the steps involved, and during the procedure was constantly asking if I had any questions, how I was feeling, and offered me reassurance. I felt very safe and in complete trust with his work.

Heather Dr. Landrum’s nurse assistant has been incredibly helpful. Dr. Landrum is a phenomenal listener. We had to use phone instead of Virtual Visit. I had just gotten over Covid 19. I have been without a working spinal cord stimulator for two years. The battery had died and could not be charged. I’m finally getting it done and thanks to God above everything is going to be just great! Dr. asked all the right questions and I was able to answer them all.

I had a problem informed DR LANDRUM and he took immediate action.He is very precise and fixes the problem.He explained what happened and showed me what I was wondering about.So when I left the office I was more informed and had no fears. And his office ladies are very polite and comforting,some nurses are so professional they come off as rude,but not these woman.

The most personable and understanding doctor I have!

Relieved and reassured
Dr. Landrum knows who I am and he knows what my "story" is.
He knows about the outside influences on pain that I have been having. To Dr. Lanrdum, you are not just another patient on a clipboard, he DOES know "who you are."
My visit was productive and all my concerns and questions were answered. As always, at the end of our visit, he asked what other questions I had for him, unlike other doctors who seem to be in a hurry to move on to the next patient.

Excellent doctor; takes time to listen to you
One of the most sincere, caring doctors I’ve ever seen. He helps wherever he can, and if he can’t he provides a clear explanation of why he can’t. I’m very happy to have him as my pain management physician.
