post op follow up for SCS
post op appt today for battery change in SCS. I appreciate Dr. Landrum's staff. They are always helpful and friendly. Dr. Landrum is a very compassionate doctor which helps when you deal with daily pain. He always listens, gives me options if available, and explains future treatment.

Dr Landrum is honestly one of the best doctors that I have. He takes time to listen to his patients, explains things, and runs through different options of pain management. I have been going to Dr. Landrum for years. I was in severe pain and had been misdiagnosed when I first went to Dr. Landrum. He listened and examined me. He immediately ordered tests and took action. Right hip femoral pain and now right thumb
I met Dr Landrum over 5 yrs ago. He has been a great provider and led me through some difficult times with my pain management. After going through 2 NeuroFlow Pain stimulator placements I am consistently 85% pain free. I had a referral from my GP to have my hand looked at and the pain has returned. He listen to all I had been through and stated an MRI would be key to diagnosis. Caring compassionate team. I never am disappointed. Highly recommend.

Best pain doctor
Dr. Landrum is one of the best pain doctors I've had he listens to me & tries his best to take care of my pain with what new procedures are available. Also has given me many new options to eliminate my pain. And is willing to work around someone who has limited income.

Overall experience
Dr, Landrum is very good at explaining options that one might use in treating my hip. Did not push the Regenexx procedures but fully explained what they were on how they could be used in an overall treat plan.

Comfort
No matter what my pain situation is at any given time, be it new and different pain, or a flare up of old excruciating pain, just knowing that Dr Landrum is my Dr, reduces the fear and panic the pain causes me to have. The reassurance that he is there, looking out for me, having my back, means the world to me. I don't have to deal with the terrifying fear that's accompanied my pain in the past. What a relief !!!

Awesome
Dr. Landrum is an excellent, caring, compassionate doctor who listens to his patients. He is a problem solver, who doesn't give up trying to fix the problem. He is the first doctor in my 6 year journey with chronic pain who hasn't given up on me...I am thankful that I found him!

Decoding Pain
Are you confused by your pain? Do you have pain in more than one area of your body? Do you have so much pain that its hard to figure out where it is coming from? Frequently I find myself in this situation. Dr Landrum is like a secret agent decoder who can help pinpoint your pain. He is able to make sense of all the information that I give him during our visit as I try to rate and describe different pain in different areas. By the time I leave I understand our current plan to deal with and treat my pain. I feel hopeful, optimistic and relieved that this course of treatment is going to give me some relief and if not he will be right there to help me find other options
We are so fortunate to have him in this area. I have never met a doctor like him and I would travel anywhere in the country to be treated by him. Thank You Dr Landrum

A Wonderful Experience With PRP!
Having a great deal of pain after a knee surgery I was given the opportunity to try PRP injections. This is the BEST my knee has felt since my injury. Dr. Landrum was focused on my needs and the betterment of my condition. I would highly recommend his treatments and care!

Finally
If you are in pain look no further. Dr. Landrum doesn't jut treat your pain, he helps try to fix the reason for your pain. We have tried with success several alternative modalities. He is really involved with his patients, making suggestions that help the patient be involved in decisions and treatments.
The second thing that is almost as amazing as his approach to treating pain is his absolute dedication to listening to each and every concern and questions ( as I) have had. Dr. Landrum practically insists, even encourages patients to ask any and all questions one has, no matter how large or small they think. He is very understanding about your pain and your life, and how one might effect the other.
Truly a breath of fresh air.
Gave me hope to keep trying.

The Care with Dr. Landrum
The care with Dr. Landrum is amazing. I thought that I would never be able to get rid of my pain. He is always trying to come up with new ways to get rid of my pain. I would recommend him to anyone who has severe back pain. I had a procedure done on 4/19/19 called a Cooled radio frequency ablation and that was done to my lower back. I got 100% relief from it and was able to walk up the stairs without pain for my follow up. Not only does he treat my back but he also treats other areas.

My experience with Dr. Landrum
My experience with Dr. Landrum has been great. All of the treatments (injections, Regenexx PRP) that he has done have worked for me. He recently did a Regenexx procedure on my lower back and I can't remember the last time I have felt this great. Before the procedure I wasn't able to walk a quarter of a mile and now I am able to walk 3/4 of a mile. The staff and Dr. Landrum treat me very well and I'm very happy with the care that I receive by his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Landrum to other patients that are seeking a pain doctor.

My Treatment with Dr. Landrum
Treatment wise with Dr. Landrum, I have had a great expierence with him and also have had the best treatment outcomes with him. I have the most confidence and trust in him. I recently had a Bioness procedure which has been excellent. This has been one of the best pain relief options I have done thus far. I don't know how else to explain or what other words to use to describe how much this device has helped me.

Expierence with Dr. Landrum
I do like that he takes time with me and listens to what I have to say. He discusses the injections that I have and he takes time to talk about the effects that they will have on me and what to expect and not to expect. I have trust in his decision making. I know that if I call his office they will answer and get me an answer as soon as possible. I enjoy coming to his office.

Review of pain mgmt doctor
My expeirence was very satisfoactory. Would do it all over again. Would recommend Dr. Landrum to anyone with knee pain. I got good results from the procedure he did. I like that he was very informative, answered all my questions, and he was very informative.

One in a million
I have finally found a doctor that I trust completely. He has a vision for many possible medical options and solutions that aren't yet known about in mainstream medicine. I know he will make the best decisions for me. The incredible success I have had, is due in part, to the overall relief I have had knowing I am in a place where I am heard, cared for, and know that my best interest is being considered and acted upon.

accident 2014 left me in pain Dr Landrum helped me get better
Dr Landrum listened to me & my pain issues. He tries different processes to see what will work.We tried injections & physical therapy. Finally we came to a conclusion that is was either surgery or pain meds. I close surgery. I am so glad I went to Dr Blok. I had 2 surgeries. One lower back & one in my neck. Because of the pinching of the nerves on both ends it was creating a hot poker feeling going right through me. Now I am better. No more pain. Happy that I am moving like I used to. Thanks!

Excellent care from an excellent Dr
As a new patient of Dr Landrums, he was welcoming, listened to my issues, has excellent bedside manner and treats you as a person and not "just another patient". He is very knowledgeable and is always coming up with new ways to treat chronic pain instead of the traditional just giving you pills to take. I would recommend him to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain. He gets to know all his patients and is always asking questions showing he cares instead of looking in chart to know you.

when I came to Dr Landrum as a new patient he was very kind, knowledgeable and listened to me, took his time and never treated me like I didn't belong here. He gets to know his patients and always asks about you and doesn't need a chart in front of him to know who you are. Great bedside manner and treats you as a human being and not just "another patient" he has to see.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Landrum for a few years now and he has always given his best and nothing short. He is willing to listen and pays attention to you and does what he can to help improve your way of life. He is determined to help heal people and not put a band-aid on the pain.
