We had a few issues with communication and what I love best is Dr O Connor listened and solved it. Medically - she is awesome., We all should have a small problem with our care givers so we can see how much they care. Dr O Connor cares!

After suffering from an severe skin allergy caused from chemical exposure in work my uniform for well over a real with no real course of treatment and long list of doctors who could not find the answer for my condition or help me return to work. Dr O Connor took the time to thoroughly research all possible causes of my affliction and was able to find the cause of my condition and develop a treatment plan that was revolutionary and saved my skin, restored my self esteem, confidence, and overall appearance. Not to mention that all the unspoken or unconsidered mental health such as depression that can arise. I received everything I needed including care in a timely fashion from her staff who showed over the months of care that I received that they were just as invested in my health and rehabilitation as I was. Great experience and very friendly staff

After 18 months and 2 other physicians, I came to see Dr. O'Conner. She got my asthma under control when the other docs couldn't. I didn't realize how bad I actually felt until she helped me feel good again. I thank her every time I see her. The staff is also always pleasant and very accommodating. Not only are they all good at their jobs, they are good people. Highly recommend!

My visit was very reasonable. The facility is clean, front desk is professional, and clinical staff is very helpful. This provider was very thorough in assessing and treating my ailments directly, and I had no problem with the follow up service on the second visit. My only complaint is that I did not get a tour of the beautiful office on Elizabeth!

Dr O'Connor has shown me in just a short period of time that she is willing to go above and beyond fer her patients. I have had bad experiences with doctors in the past but I truly believe that Dr O'Conner was a God-send to me. I try to refer others to her if I can.

Always takes the time to listen to my symptoms and continues to seek out the proper treatment.

Often times we as patients are asked to give reviews of the physician we see, the hospitals we attend and the encounters and interactions we have with each. In my case, to say thank you, or "service was good, great, etc." just wouldn't be enough. Dr. O'Connor and her staff have provided me with something that I have not been able to get from many other physicians, and that's unfortunate but a blessing to have Dr. O'Connor. I recently saw her, and actually had an anaphylactic reaction in her office, I had an epi pen on me, but my one wasn't enough, being an allergy office I would expect they would have one, but what I didn't expect and got was personal care and "all hands on deck" attention to me. To the point of me having office staff members India, and Omar, and of course Dr. O'Connor making sure my ability to get to the hospital and have care there was taken care of, and the hospital staff knew I was coming and what to expect of me. I am more than blessed to have this team!
