Dr. O really is one of a kind!

Dr. O'Connor and her staff are amazing
This entire practice is wonderful from the moment you step into the door until the moment you leave. We are always treated with courtesy and respect. I couldn't imagine going to see anyone else for our allergy and immunology needs. She and they never give up on us and she is always stretching her mind to try and figure things out. She is very brilliant and caring and could't be more grateful for the love and services her and her practice provide!

Dr. O'Connor is phenomenal and my most trusted physician!
As a patient that has an array of rare, complicated, and complex disorders, I have to see quite a few different providers. I am to the point that in some areas I have to travel 6+ hours for decent care in some specialties. Dr. O'Connor is my home town hero and still my favorite and most caring provider. She actually looks at the big picture, vs, some physicians that see you for 15 minutes, slings you some meds, says case closed and see you in 3-6 months. Dr O goes well out of her way always!

Dr O'Connor is the best!
I have been a patient of Dr O'Connor for over 20 years. She has helped me through so much. The care I receive is unbelievable. I have Chronic Hives and have been to many doctors. She really listened and picked the right treatment for me. I am thankful for her and her wonderful staff!

I feel better than I have in a long time!!!
After many failed attempts at seeing various allergists in the greater Charlotte area, I finally found the one! Dr. O'Connor went above and beyond to ensure that I was back to my fully functioning self and am no longer hindered by the allergies that held me back for so long. I am very grateful for her and her practice!

Wow is all I can say!!!
I've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. O'Connor. She blows my mind with her vast knowledge of integrative medicine and I love her willingness to try new things. None of my doctors could figure out how to give me the best quality of life possible, and that changed when I came to AAIR of Charlotte. I really love Dr. O'Connor and will recommend her to anyone who truly wants to improve their health and quality of life!

The protocol Dr. O'Connor has me on has changed my life.
Before I started coming to see Dr. O'Connor, I was constantly sick with bronchitis or pneumonia. Thank goodness my primary sent me to see Dr. O'Connor, because he was running our of antibiotics to put me on. Dr. O'Connor started me on immune therapy. It is the immune therapy and xolair that has allowed me to lead a normal life, not getting sick, not having to always be on antibiotics, not in the hospital, and being able to do fun things with my grandchildren.

I took my son to many immunologists for several years. He was just getting worse and worse with each year. Finally, our pediatrician recommended Dr. O'Connor. She was the first one who figured out what was wrong with my son's immune system. What a blessing. I am getting my son's health back. Thank you.

Went beyond expectations for the delivery of medical care
The experience with Dr. O'Conner has been above and beyond that seen in healthcare. She is thorough, takes the time to listen and answer all questions, ensures nothing is left unanswered before completing the appointments. She has a dedicated team of professionals in the office who assist her and cover the needed items. Contacting the office with phone calls are responded to simply and quickly when needed. Very lucky to have her as part of a medical team!!

A practice that makes you feel like a priority!
Dr. O'Connor spent time with me and truly listened to my concerns. I did not feel rushed and I felt heard. It is not easy to find a doctor willing to take the time to be this thorough! Great staff and great Doctor!

Finally an option for OIT!

Excellent Doctor
My experiences with Dr. O'Connor have been very positive. During my first visit my husband called b/c my 14 year old dog had to be taken to the ER. Dr. O'Connor was very understanding despite my repeatedly needing to call the ER and my spouse. She's excellent at explaining her treatment recommendations and always takes plenty of time to answer questions I've had. She also has been very open to asking for and receiving feed back about the staff and facilities and addressing problems or concerns.

Two Thumbs UP!
Dr. O'Connor is just plain special. Not only did she receive her training from the most prestigious training center in the country, she is also credentialed in integrative medicine. She takes a holistic approach with her patients. If she doesn't know an answer, she will dig until she gets it. She is compassionate with her patients and easy to relate to. Her offices are happy places, with bright decor. She has multiple offices across the city to provide easy access to her pts. 2 Thumbs up!

I Love My Immunologist
My son and I began seeing Dr. O'Connor years ago when she worked at another office. When I learned she had her own practice, I immediately made appointments. Now, my twins and I see her for our allergy needs. She is VERY thorough, personable, and professional. I would not trust our allergies and my asthma to anyone else.

Best Allergist
I have seen multiple allergists over the years. Most just wanted to start me on shots after spending 5 minutes with me. Dr. O'Connor and her team spent over 90 minutes gathering my history and reviewing my old medical records. I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and immune deficiency and have now gotten my life back. I take a daily medication and a monthly infusion and feel better than I have felt in over 10 years. I love this practice!

was referred to Dr. O'Connor by a another allergist in the New Orleans area
She was highly recommended and when I saw her for the first time she was pleasant and took the time to take my history which is lengthy and somewhat complicated. She did test me for things that I had not been tested for previously and did find some things that I had going on that I never knew about. She suggested Xolair as a possible medication that might help me from getting worse with the asthma. Also, did recommend allergy injections.

my 3yr old eczema crisis
On a saturday that she was schedule to be off she seen my son who was in an eczema crisis. She brought in one of her nurses to help and they treated him with tip top care. She didnt sugar coat anything she made sure that she was honest about she was gonna go about treating him. I had been trying to find someone that can help for the past 2 in a half years and within the first week he was there i began to see improvement.

Very positive experience, with a few bumps
Overall very friendly. Dr. O'Connor is extremely pragmatic and helpful. Some administrative issues at the office have been frustrating, but overall all people involved have been very helpful.
