Phenomenal doctor experience!

Dr. O'Connor is the doctor for 3 members of our family. She is so compassionate and has connected the dots to diagnose us with things that were obvious and things that were not. She is always willing to squeeze us in and she is always willing to spend time with us to help us understand what is going on and how to start new treatments that are intimidating at first.

Dr O'Connor office visit

Had follow ups for both kids and while appointments tend to go long Dr. O'Connor listens and spends as much time as needed to go over everything. Makes sure I understand and feel good about where we are going with things for my kids asthma.

Exceptional Doctor

My daughter is 24 with special needs. We've seen many Doctors over her lifetime and Dr O'Conner is without a doubt our favorite. She is patient, caring and understanding of our different needs. Her compassion is relentless. We've received outstanding care by Dr O'Conner and her staff. I highly recommend AAIR.

Literally saved our daughter's life!

After seeing at least 8-10 physicians, multiple ER visits and hospitalizations, Dr. O'Connor was the only one to diagnose and treat our daughter properly. I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. They are compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. Because of them, our daughter is thriving!

Dr. O'Connor is always observant, engaging, professional, and highly knowledgeable. In the past, Dr. O'Connor has been able to diagnose me herself and/or send me to the right professionals to cure whatever has been ailing me. I always know I can trust Dr. O'Connor to solve any ailment. She is kind, personable, and fun, as well!

Love having an OIT option!

Our daughter is finally able to sit at another table with kids eating her allergen at school. This is a huge step forward for us in the management of her food allergy. So thankful that we have a doctor in Charlotte who will do OIT for us. Dr O'Connor and Leandra Tonweber PA-C have been so great!

Thorough and comprehensive experience

ONE IN A MILLION CAREGIVER - VERY VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE HER CARE

Dr. O'Connor is brilliant, intuitive, thorough and unwilling to leave a single stone left without turning in the workup of her patients. I have more to say but limited time. I recommend Dr. O'Connor with the highest regard for patients who expect the best in their care.

friend made me go

i was hesitant after reading a few poor reviews but i didn't have any of the issues described. when i asked about the complaints the staff said they were aware of them and it came down to unhappy patients due to their bills. i was told they made some changes in their processes and then they ran my benefits before i had testing done and i knew upfront what i would be responsible for. no surprises!

Best referral I ever had

My allergist in Asheville, referred me to Dr. O'Connor when I told him I would be moving to Charlotte years ago, and I think it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. In addition to being an excellent clinician, Dr. O'Connor is an excellent listener and is very thorough. She helped me improve my asthma control as well as eliminate my use of daily steroid inhalers, with the most up to date therapies. You cannot go wrong with Dr. O'Connor and Her team at AA &IR

No more sinus headaches!

I have seen several allergists over the years but none could give me the answers to what has been causing my sinus headaches. MOLD ALLERGY was the answer found at AAIR of Charlotte. I have been on allergy shots for over 6 months and the headaches are virtually gone! Thank you Dr. O'Connor!
