BEST EXPERIENCE!
This was the best experience I have ever has with an injection procedure. The staff was kind and treated me like a human being. In the past, I had a number of really bad experiences with injection procedures in art because the physician performing the injection did not take time to listen to me. Dr. Fiks was compassionate, caring, and a good listener. He has a great team and I felt very safe in their hands. I would recommend Dr. Fiks to anyone needing to have an injection procedure.

"WOW" factor
I had my usual monthly visit today, and when I came in I saw my Kendra's usual smiley face. I had some concerns with being able to get my medical records and Kendra instantly got me over to Darlene in medical records. Darlene was able to help me obtain the last 10yrs of my care almost instantly. Sometimes it really is the little things in life that make us go "WOW!" Thank you all APMC

Worth the Wait!
Okay people, let me say one thing... TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT! This office runs a little bit different then most from what I've seen, and even though getting registered was the longest process, it has been worth the wait every second! Lisa is the new patient coordinator at APMC and I had a lot of questions regarding the packet and filling it out. She talked me through it over the phone and explained to me how the office works and all the little twerks. Getting an appointment is easy and well worth it. Thank you for caring Lisa!

Great place for help
If you're looking for a great pain doctor who cares about you and your well-being, then this is the place. Unfortunately with age as most of us know, I can tend to forget to bring up small things in my visits with Bridget. Kendra at the front desk is so nice and always quick to direct me where I need to go. In the back, David has been so kind to answer my questions when I call. And Carmen is just so perfectly bubbly and sweet you cant help but catch her contagious laughter. Lisa is the reason I was able to get in when I was a new patient, and from time to time you'll catch her up front sharing some sort of good news. This group really truly cares to help their patients.

Professional!
I've been a patient of Mr. Shore's for some time now and every year around tax season, I like to get a print out of what I've paid out. The girl at the front desk directed me to Randy. He was able to print exactly what I needed within moments of my request. I appreciate Dr. Fiks and his office staff for keeping things professional, quick, and easy of course. Thank you.

Quick, great, and helpful!
I called today to get my medical records printed so I could pick up a copy for my new primary care office. Darlene was quick to get the forms I needed that when I walked in, Kendra kne exactly where to go to get the things I needed so I could be in and out! Thanks girls!

Very kind, good listener...
I'm a fairly new patient to Dr. Fiks' office. I've seen him a handful of times and tdy I came in with questions about my bill. The girl at the front desk was able to assist me in reaching the correct person to discuss my questions. I was able to get the answers I needed and have yet to have a problem. The girl at the front desk is so sweet and always smiling. I'm surprised she always remembers my name, it makes me feel cared for by this office. Today was also my first time seeing one of the PA's. I must say that Dr. Fiks has had some good taste in his team. They have demonstrated such kindness and care for my pain, I would recommend this office to anyone! Thank you all.

I feel like my doctors office cares how I am doing and what is going on my life besides the pain i am dealing with everyday.
I feel like Bridget tells me how it is, and in a respectful way. It matters when you are dealing with pain everyday to be validated and i feel like she does that. I also am very happy that we have a plan set up for future treatment. She is understanding and lets me know that as well she will work with me when it comes to the pain I am dealing with on a daily basis. I have referred people and would do so in the future. True professionals.
Director of First Impressions Kendra. She starts off your visit with a warm smile and a kind listening ear. Then you are escorted to the back where you get an opportunity to be guided to your premedical questions along with a nice to see you glad you are feeling better or how can we help you feel better attitude. I am bilingual so if feels like family when I get help from Carmen. David is also impressive he works on following in his family legacy and getting his education. Gabriel is glad to share his love of his family. I appreciate that they enjoy working but have other priorities in life to fulfill them. Mr. Shore is always ready to dig right into whatever he see's as a help to my pain. Bridget brings her love of softball and her dog, I know she cares for me as an individual. Dr, Fiks, I cannot say enough about him and the environment he and his lovely wife have created. Thank you for all your sacrifice to help myself and others have a good quality of life. Priceless.

wonderful help
I have been told for the first time by bridgit that our goal was "improved quality of life" and she not only has improved my quality of life but is willing to help me with other diagnosis' like back x rays, injections, or getting me a tens unit to help with pain outside of and incudling medication pain management. I recommened bridget to anyone I meet who has chronic pain and this center has been key in keeping me as mobile as I am and not in horrible pain 10/10

I have had chronic pain for more than 10 years. During that time I've had a number of other doctors. Most of them did not make very much effort to understand the source of my pain or how to help me manage the pain. Other doctors and their staff were often disrespectful. to me. Dr. Fiks and his staff have been EXCELLENT in every way!!!! . They have continually worked with me to try to find the source of the pain and ways to reduce and manage the pain. They always listen to me, take time to answer all of my questions and always show me the ultimate respect! Due to their efforts I'll be starting a trial for a pain interruptor with a reasonable chance for success. Dr. Fiks and his staff are always friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about my personal situation. They always make me feel comfortable in the knowledge that they are trying to help me in every way possible. They are a delight to work with. I give them the highest value in every aspect and recommend them to everyone.!!!!!

Very kind and understanding...
I am a more recent new patient of Dr. Fiks. My daughter tends to bring me in for my monthly visits and I enjoy seeing the Dr but I also enjoy seeing Bridget. She take the time to listen to my problems and helps me look at each area and prioritize them. Together we have created a care plan that I feel comfortable with, I can understand, and it doesn't have to take away from my quality of life. I'm very thankful for the wide variety and knowledge they have to offer. Thank you, thank you.

Stunning success with Stem Cell procedure!
I had been reduced to almost no neck mobility and tinnitus due to arthritis in C1\C2. Dr Fiks suggested the Stem Cell procedure; with some skepticism, I did the procedure. After a day of discomfort, my neck was comfortable and, with Physical Therapy, I have regained almost full mobility in all axis for my neck after 2-1/2 months. Insurance being what it is, I had to pay out of pocket--it was worth every penny!
At this point, I am pain free and have only a distant hint of tinnitus. While it is requiring some adjustments, the absence of neck pain is thrilling!

life changing
I personally did not think the neurostimulator did anything for me. The next procedure gave me back my life. I had not been able to golf for several years, and I am ow golfing. I am a little stiff from being fused L2 thru L5, but I am not in pain now. I highly recommend this procedure.

AAAHHHHHH-MAZING!
Dr. Fiks and his staff are very caring and compassionate. I have been sent to Dr. Fiks' office to help treat injuries from a work accident for a couple of years. My primry care provider, Dr. Puziss, was right to send me to this office! One of my most cucial and important things Dr. Fiks did for me was a discography on my low back. It is because of this procedure that he did, in addition to other imaging I was able to get my back surgery.

Thankful for the pain to be gone
Dr. Fiks was very kind, I am very glad to find someone who was willing to go to bat for me, and take care of an issue of an issue I have had for so long. I have had several back surgeries several years ago and it was alright for a little while but now I feel I have found a more permanent Fiks.
I also am very appreciative of Darlene she helped me to get in to see Dr. Fiks.

Dr. Fiks gave me my life back!
I finally got diagnosed with what was wrong with me. I got all of the help that I needed. I've received wonderful care from here for the past 19 years. I feel like they gave me my life back.

most specifically Bridget Lahm is truly one of the best medical professionals we've ever worked with. She is kind, compassionate, and very knowledgable. She has built a relationship with us that makes us feel very comfortable about our monthly visits.
Additionally we appreciate the medical knowledge and skill of Dr Fiks. We have seen several pain management doctors but he has proved to be the best.
