Surprisingly pleasant.
Dr. Fiks greeted me and reviewed what was going to occur in terms of the procedure. The staff was friendly and attentive; I felt well cared for. Most importantly, Dr. Fiks was gentle and when he performed the actual injection, he told me what he was doing, and it was not painful at all. The aftercare was great, and discharge instructions clear.

What a great 0ver All Experience!
Got wonderful help from Darlene in getting all the paperwork needed for my visit so she made what of could have been a difficult process much easier. At the initial visit, was greeted with a smile by Kelly, got wonderful care from Gabriel and then Dr. Fiks came in and really listened to me and had ideas of ways to help me. What a great feeling to know someone believed in me!

Awesome pain clinic.
I have been coming here for over 3 months. Dr. Fiks and all of the staff have been helpful and shown a very caring attitude. I have had 2 different injections, and they were almost pain free.
If you have problems with pain, I highly recommend coming to see Dr. Fiks and his staff.

I'm blessed to be patient at this clinic
From day on when I was referred by my neurologist to Advanced Pain Management Center, I've been treated with my symptom professionally and expertise by all staff members and especially Dr. Fiks.

I haven't been seeing Dr. Fiks for very long, but, so far, I believe he is one of the best doctors I've seen for my chronic back pain.

On time appointments.
I have had great experiences with treatment with APMC. I never have to wait when I come in for appointments and the staff is well informed and friendly. The doctors always listen to what is going on and work to make sure the treatment plan is the best for me.

Great experience and Staff was super friendly and compassionate
Everyone was very understanding of my needs and and fears, they were able to make me feel comfortable ad safe.
Doctor Fikes and nurses were great and would recommend their services and would return if any other procedure was needed in the future. Over all great and comfortable experience and would reccomend Advanced Pain Management to friends and family.

Amazing Staff and Care
Starting the moment you walk in to the office. From the two wonderful and professional staff at the front desk. To the phone calls you get to set up your next appointment. To the Asst. to Dr. Fiks and PA's all great . To every detail about you personally , listening and answering any questions you may have. Dr.Fiks has a great around him to reflect him. He has been a great help to managing my pain . That my life is better than I could every imagine. But this is also because of his staff .

Post lumbar surgery spine pain and recovery

Great staff and doctor!!
This was our first time meeting Dr.Fiks and his staff made us feel right at home when we walked through the door. I'm impressed with how friendly and understanding everyone there has been today! My husband and I appreciate it!

Care you can trust
have been a patient of Dr.Fiks for a few years, and my experience has been great. The staff has always been decent and accommodating, and with their help I have been able to reclaim my life. They offer numerous services, which are all available in their office. The PACs working with Dr. Fiks are knowledgeable and understanding. There are some inconvenient aspects, such as random medication count appointments, but I have found that these precautions are common. I highly recommend Dr. Fiks.

Did not listen to my needs
They did not listen to my needs or how I was feeling or provide appropriate reaction to a new pain condition. They told me I am too young to have anything serious wrong and kept giving me injections even though they were not helping. My bill is much higher than at any other doctor I have visited and they treat you like you are seeking drugs no matter how much pain you are in.
