I felt no pressure to have my surgery but am very happy with my devision
The entire staff both in the office and surgery center made my experience calm and easy

Doctor Polack lives up to all the expectations I had and more.
the facility is organized, clean and professional. My follow-up appointments and care were immediate, and set up even before my day of surgery. Doctor P himself called me at home the same day to see how I was doing and go over any questions I might have. No problems that I can think of and I was satisfied in everything that I had done. And my insurance paid for the follow-up visits. A pleasant surprise.

Positive in every way
From the very begining Dr. Polack and his entire staff were very attentive to all my needs. They took their time, explained every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable with what was going to be done. After my surgery Dr. Polack called to make sure everything was ok. Each follow up visit was a positive experience. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Polack and his entire staff!

Smooth and easy from start to finish
Dr. Polack and his staff were very friendly and professional from the very start. They explained everything clearly in terms I could understand. They left the choice up to me as to when and what degree of surgery I wanted to have.
The surgeries went smoothly, the follow ups went well.
I am extremely pleased with the care I received from Dr. Polack and the entire staff at Ocala Eye.

He is a conscientious and very knowledgeable
A few yrs ago I had ptergium surgery and he came in on his day off to check on me, Dont find caring Dr's like that. I recently had cataract surgery and there was no pain and no problem & best of all 20/20 results So glad when we moved here our neighbor recommended Dr Polack to us. Your definitely in good hands.

Very good. Can see without glasses now
Very organized office. Discussed types Of lenses to use. I went from legally blind in my left eye to able to renew my drivers license without glasses. I’m very happy

The personnel were very professional and caring

No pain, no discomfort, excellent results.
Dr. Polack was very professional, explained everything from start to finish. He actually called me the evening of both surgeries to make sure I was not having any issues. Assured me that if any problems occurred, or if I had a question, he was available at any time.

I am very pleased with my experience
I had to wait a long time for my cataract surgeries due to COVID-19. I had a lot of anxiety and Dr. Polack and the Ocala Eye care staff made me very comfortable with my choice of clinics. I felt very safe with regard to the virus
during all my visits and that was important to me.

Very pleased and appreciative
Dr. Polack and his staff at Ocala Eye were most helpful and willing to answer all my questions and concerns. I was beyond scared and concerned about the cataract surgeries especially the first one. The Surgical Center was very clean. The staff was most caring in preparing me for surgery and answering any questions. My two surgery experiences went very well with no pain. I can now see long distance without glasses so clearly...just amazing! Will use glasses or readers for close vision. Thank you Dr. Polack!!!!! and all the staff I came in contact with at Ocala Eye and the Surgical Center.

Cataract Surgery
I was scared to death of this surgery or any kind of touch on or around my eyes, and DR. Polack was made aware of this. He did inform me that I could not be put completely out as I had to be able to listen to his instructions. There was a lot of pressure being put on my first eye, where he had to make incisions, and the right eye was the worst of the two, my only problem was being able to look for any length of time at the directions he told me to look at, and I would drift off and start wiggling my feet to a beat/song in my head. But, overall, considering he had me to work with, we made out fairly well! And, it is true, the world is a much brighter place, considering this Covid-19 we are dealing with! Thanks Ocala Eye, for helping this old lady out!!!

Positive outcome
I was hesitant to go for my exam because of Covid-19 but I am glad I did. I needed cataract surgery and it has greatly improved my eyesight. I no longer have pain in my right eye.

The easiest pain free procedure I have ever had.
Everything was explained ahead of time and that is exactly what happened. Recover and post procedure was pain free with pleasing results, just as expected. I trust this man with my eyes!

Dr. Polack did an amazing job with my cataract surgery. He fixed my vision which was legally blind to 20/20 vision. I felt comfortable with the staff and clinics throughout the whole experience.

The staff and Dr. Polack at Ocala Eye was cordial, responsive, and competent.
Dr. Polack was very accurate with his diagnosis of my eyes conditions. His coordination and scheduling of the 2 needed surgery's and required pretest for the surgery while satisfying the insurance carrier's time constraints to avoid any unnecessary out of pocket expense. The surgery was done at the Ocala eye surgery center where another great staff was on hand. both surgeries went like clock work w/the results that were expected. The actual surgery was painless, and the healing process was even easier than the surgery. I recommend Dr. Polack and the crew at Ocala Eye for all your eye care needs
