Dr Polack is very professional
I recently had a corneal debridement for irregular erosion's that caused awful pain and very distorted vision. I can see better today than i have in many many years. I just played by best game of golf! Very thankful.

I had conjunctival resection with amniotic grafts for Conjunctival chalasis
It literally changed my life. The surgery and recovery were a piece of cake. Before surgery, I was having to put drops in my eyes every couple hours and now after surgery , I do not have to use drops. It has given my freedom back

Cataract surgery was simple!
Everything was quick and painless. Staff were great, couldn't ask for better nurses. Everything has been perfect. Even the personal phone call from Dr Polack the evening of surgery. I went from being legally blind to 20/20 in both eyes without glasses!!!!!!

Took excellent care and wonderful follow up.
I had PRK and Lasik performed on my eyes with Dr. Polack. He took excellent care of me.. We had an unexpected issue with my cornea, and I was taken care of from start to finish. NI was always informed of the plan of care, and he always put me at ease. He will sit down and explain and discuss all concerns and even the latest research which will lead you to an informed decision. He was available more than most doctors. PRK and Lasik can be a scary experience at first, but the office takes amazing care to decrease your anxiety during the procedures. Honestly it wasn't as scary as my mind imagined it to be. I will never for forget the kind staff, and the Nurse who held my hand during the procedure. They even have a relaxation room prior to the procedure. Thank you Dr. Polack and all the wonderful nurses at the eye surgery center.

All of Dr Polack's staff are excellent. I greatly enjoyed my time at the surgery center which is something i never would imagine saying however staff are great.

Was very nervous to have procedure with my eyes, however the staff at the surgical center were so calming and caring that the entire procedure with Dr. Polack and all staff at ASC. Dr. Polack also calls his patient's the night of procedure to check on you. I would highly recommend Dr. Polack and staff.

Good experience!
I had RK surgery in the past and my right eye had to be done twice in the past prior to having cataract surgery. Cataract surgery was successful I can pass my DMV test without glasses. Very happy!

I've heard a lot about Ocala Eye and providers so i figured i would give them a chance and boy have i been so pleased with everything! I had CK surgery and cataracts removed from both eyes. Everyone has been great. Dr Polack is very good.
