Dr. Maack fixed my deviated septum, straightened my nose and gave me option of removing skin underneath my chin, early fiftes best choice i ever made. several years later my nose was hit again he fixed it. super job. N0w at 77 huge freezer hit the nose, lots of damage, again he did sent me out with beautiful nose. so very pleased with his work and kindness. removing skin from underneath chin best thing you can to have a younger look, as aging.

Rae is Awesome!
Rae treated my lips with dermal filler, and they look perfect. I was very nervous about having it done, but Rae explained to me the procedure and listened to my request. They were exactly what I was hoping for!

Best Touch & Technique West of the Gateway Arch
I was fortunate enough to be selected as a "model" for a training. I had Rae as my Nurse injector. Her touch was gentle and technique was excellent. The end result was sweeet !! It was amazing! I have some cheeks back on my face. I look more refreshed. I would highly recommend Rae to anyone in need of services at Synergi Medspa, best Medspa west of the Gateway Arch.

I can now breath!
I have had issues with my nose since childhood after a nasal injury and repair of a broken nose. Through the years , i have just accepted what I had. Until, Dr. Maack was recommended for a consultation. He was able to repair my septal defect, decrease the size of my giant turbinates, and insert the LATERA Absorbable Nasal implants on both sides of my nose. These have made such a magnificent difference in my ability to breathe through my nose. I noticed a big difference immediately.

Emsculpt experience
This treatment is AMAZINGGGGG! Emsculpt has completely changed my core and given me definition I didn't know was possible. I work out regularly but was never able to make my abs pop like they used to before two kids. I am so so happy with my results and with the staff at Synergi. They are top notch, answered all of my questions, and made me feel relaxed and at ease.

I'm so glad I did it!
I had sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, and submental liposuction. Dr. Maack walked me through the whole procedure made sure I was 100% comfortable before making any decisions. He answered all my questions (even ones I didn't think of initially on my own), and I trusted him completely. The results he anticipated were the results he delivered. I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out!

Loving the Emsculpt treatments
I've only had 2 sessions and I already feel the difference! My abs feel tighter and stronger. I'm also noticing that my back doesn't hurt as much as it usually does...BONUS! It really is strengthening my core. I can't wait for final results.

I shouldn't have waited 5 years to do this surgery
I saw Dr. Maack initially 5 years ago to discuss surgery to fix my deviated septum. I held off due to the fear of pain. After a weeklong hike in Peru this summer, I was ready to do the surgery so that I could breathe normally. Almost a week after my surgery, I'm very pleased with the result. My pain was minimal and more of a discomfort for the first 24 hours. Dr. Maack cleaned out both nostrils 5 days post-op, and I immediately breathed better. So grateful I did this surgery.

Deviated septum, rhinoplasty
I had a great experience with Dr. Maack. I had sort of unusual case where there was a lot of work that had to be done. I had suffered from a sport injury from when i was younger and i had to get my cartilage removed from nose and in doing so it pretty much blocked the air flow into my nose so i could barely breath out of my nose. after seeing the results of my surgery i am completely satisfied with the results.

Repaired my broken nose after being assaulted by a patient
I work in the mental health field and was assaulted by a patient. Dr. Maack immediately assessed my injury and provided clear explanation of treatment options. He demonstrated how compromised my breathing had become and recommended surgical repair. Throughout the process he and his staff were courteous, informative, responsive, and supportive. His office worked directly with work comp and managed all of the costs associated with the office visits and procedure. Highly recommend!

Amazing and overall wonderful experience
My daughter fell and needed stitches in her face. We called Dr Maack and he came in on a Saturday morning to repair. He was amazing and the repair looks wonderful!!!

Great Experience
I went to Dr. Maack for a curved septum, surgery to clear sinus blockage and eyelids. Dr. Maack did a great job walking me through everything, fielding all my questions and ensuring I was comfortable with the decision.
The office staff was great in managing my appointment, working with my insurance for coverage and fitting everything to my schedule.
In just a week post-surgery everything is going very well and I could not be happier with the results! I definitely recommend Dr. Maack!

Excellent Results
Dr. Maack removed four growths on my face that were really bothering me. You cannot even tell where they were. There are no scars or marks.
Then I have gone to the Medspa for treatment BBL. After the first treatment I noticed a difference in my skin. But even a few of my friends asked me what I was doing to my skin. I am so pleased with this treatment.

Great Experience
I broke my nose and went to urgent care. The urgent care told me it wasn't broken and let it go. After the swelling went down I noticed that it was crooked. Dr. Maack was able to see me the very next week and had surgery within 5 days. Everything went great and he went above and beyond to repair an issue I had since I was a child. I highly recommend Dr. Maack.

Contrary to my initial thoughts this procedure was quick and painless
Dr. Maack besides being a real gentle man he is an excellent surgeon. He listens attentively and explains what he is going to do in an easy to understand manner. He showed me how he was going to remove my growth in order to minimize scarring and any facial cavities.
His staff was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. They even gave my son a warm blanket while he waited in the pre/post op area.
Overall this was an excellent experience. I am glad I got this done by this medical team.
