Top notch.... A-1 service from beginning til end of care!!!
Dr. Maack and his staff were wonderful. You can trust his judgement and recommendations. No SAGS - Better sight AND Prettier Eyes
Dr. Maack looked at my upper eyelids, that were clearly drooping onto my eyelashes and assured me he could fix the problem.
The pre-op packet was VERY informative, Dr. Maack's description of what would take place was spot on.
The surgery was painless - never took a pain pill or any Tylenol. The sensation was kind of like having a "raspberry" on your arm or leg - it burned a little bit - NOT painful.
I only took one week off work, that was plenty. VERY satisfied with the results.

Basal Cell Reconsstrucion
I am so very pleased with Dr. Maack and his expertise. I had the Mohs procedure on my upper left nose on a Wed and he performed surgery on Thursday. In a week my incision already looked amazing and the swelling subsided. l am a nurse practitioner and so pleased I utilized Dr. Maack's expertise to make my nose look right again.

Best Experience of My Life!!!
I was referred to Dr. Maack from a friend a few years ago for sinus issues. At the time I was unsure if I wanted to get anything cosmetic done, so I just had the sinus procedure. After experiencing how knowledgeable and kind everybody was, I came back to do the cosmetic part. I had rhinoplasty and a chin implant to balance my face, I had no idea I would love the chin as much as the nose. I felt completely comfortable asking questions and understanding my face. I was treated so well!

Very professional
Dr. Maack and his staff were very professional and courteous. He explained every procedure thoroughly and told me exactly what I should expect. My recovery has been very quick and faster than what I expected. This speaks well for Dr. Maack's skill and many years of experience. Dr. Maack listened to all of my concerns and made me feel at ease with my decision to go through with surgery to correct an old injury to my nose.

Wonderful experience
Dr. Maack was able to make a huge improvement in my breathing. I had surgery to correct a deviated septum and turbinate reduction, I was unaware how bad my breathing was in my nose before the surgery. After the surgery, recovery was quick and easy, I took one week off of work and by the following week I felt much better than before the surgery. Dr. Maack answered every question I had and was great to work with.

I LOVE MY BROWS!!
Thanks Synergi for giving me back the brows I had when I was 20! It was so exciting to wake up, look in the mirror and see my brows on point! Even on days that I didn't wear make up and had my hair in a ball cap, I still drew on my brows. I was very apprehensive as I have heard a lot of horror stories but the ladies at Synergi made me feel comfortable and at ease. If you are considering having your brows done, do yourself a favor and go to Synergi!

Professional and personal
I visited Dr. Maack after breaking my nose shortly before leaving for vacation. His staff graciously worked me in upon my return from vacation. Dr. Maack took his time explaining all the options I had before. I never felt pressured regarding what path of treatment to pursue. The night following my procedure, Dr. Maack called me personally to check on my progress. He and his staff are wonderfully gentle and professional in every way.

Septum reconstruction and implants
Dr. Maack spent time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and the treatment plan he was recommending. He offered options and conservative treatment prior to the suggestion of surgery to correct my breathing problems. I was completely comfortable with his treatment. in the hospital prior to surgery Dr. Maack took time again to explain my procedure to me and my husband. Aftercare was equally attentive.

Excellent Experience
I had constant sinus infections and was unable to breath out of my nose for years. Dr. Maack was excellent in explaining the procedure and why I couldn't breath. He assured me he could fix everything without swelling, or bruising.
I had the surgery and he was totally right. The surgery was fast and basically pain free. I was back at work in three days with no bruising or swelling. No one could tell I even had surgery to look at me, but the big difference was I could breath again!

Life changing eye weight procedur
I was very reluctant to have another surgery performed that would require anesthesia, after an intense anesthesia experience during the removal of a brain tumor. It had only been a month, and the notion of going back under (even to gain functionality of my eyelid) was very stressful. However, Dr. Maack assured me it would be much easier and it truly was. I am so glad I went through with the surgery and gained functionality back.

Very pleased with my experience & results!
I came to Dr. Maak having trouble with my breathing. I was very happy with the amount of time he spent listening to the issues I was having and with the solution. I had the latera implant procedure along with the turbinates being shrunk. Not only was the procedure a fairly easy one that was merely out patient, it also worked amazingly. I am THRILLED with the results. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience and would highly recommend Dr. Maak! You will be in great hands!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Maack!
He has been doing my botox for years and still takes the time at EVERY appointment to go over what I am wanting to correct and what he is going to do to achieve that. Then about a year and a half ago I had a bad kitchen accident where I was badly burned on my arm and face. He took the time to to come up with the best solutions to treat the scars and I am SO HAPPY with the results! He genuinely cares enough to come up with individualized solutions to meet all of my wants & needs. The BEST!!

Great experience , put us at ease during a stressful situation.
Dr. Maack was able to see my daughter the day after a dog bite on her face. He was able to redo the stitching the ER doctor put in to give her the best possible results for healing.
I would recommend Dr Maack to anyone in this situation. Dr Maack and his staff are kind and left us feeling fully confident in our decision. My daughters results turned out great.

Wonderful doctor and surgery center!
Dr. Maack did my nose, upper eyelids and lipo under the chin, all for cosmetic reasons. My recovery was much easier than i expected.
He has a wonderful bed side manner, takes his time, listens to you and explains the procedure thoroughly.
I chose Dr. Maack because he is not just a cosmetic surgeon. He is an ENT and will not perform or over correct if he feels it would interfere with the funtion. If you are considering a procedure i highly recommend Dr. Maack!

Fantastic

Overall, such a great experience
I was very nervous at first, but Dr. Maack was sure to spend time with me and answer all questions I had. Great results
I choose Dr Maack because he was double board certified and had very good ratings from previous patients. After meeting him the first time I felt very comfortable scheduling my surgery. Every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. Every person I encountered during my journey was kind and helpful. My results are amazing. Wonderful results
I met with Dr. Maack with concerns about puffiness and discoloration under my eyes. He addressed all my concerns and suggested lower blepharoplasty. He thoroughly explained the procedure including what to expect during and after surgery. I had the surgery and am thrilled with the results. No more bags! I look more rested and youthful. Dr. Maack is the best. I feel so much better!
I had nasoseptoplasty, turbinate reduction, and sinuplasty done about 20 years ago so I am able to compare apples to apples. Dr. Maack did the same surgery last week and there is no comparison as to how well I did this time compared to the previous surgery. This time there was no packing, and I had very little pressure after the surgery, and I was breathing better immediately. Where I was previous to surgery waking and gasping for air, I am now sleeping well and waking with energy.

love everyone at synergi!!! I will never go anywhere else! staff is honest, friendly and thorough in each treatment. My favorite is Botox, fillers, bbl and glow and go facial. I am so happy with the results.
I was a little nervous before I came to see Dr. Maack, but I am so glad I did. The results are great. Everything was explained to me including the cost. There were no surprises. Dr. Maack and his staff are the are wonderful.
