Overall Office Environment
I have managed Emergency Departments and Occupational Health practices. It was years ago, yet some things do not change. Patient comfort, smooth and efficient office flow, and a simple friendly smile set the tone. This practice is a standard setter. Good job to all involved.

Quick & Thorough
I've had several appointments since my accident. This appointment with Dr. Chappius was the best. He is thorough and quick and even found something in my images that had been missed previously.
