Blessing to have such great care!!
Jesselyn and Jennifer are amazing. Every time I come into the office they are a ray of sunshine. I want to personally leave a note about the service I received from Jesselyn since my initial visit. She walked me through everything. I had an issue with documents for my job. Jesselyn took charge, followed up and made sure I was taken care. She was a amazing. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING.

very pleasant staff and super efficient.
I had the unfortunate experience of being to two car accidents in a short period of time. They were able to work me in on a walk-in basis and my treatment was thorough and the plan to help me was quickly underway. When you have to go to so many appointments, efficiency is a must. Thanks guys!

Dr. Chappius and Staff
Dr. Chappius is more than just a doctor, he showed me today that he really cares. I was not expecting my visit to go the way it did but I am leaving today knowing that I am in the best place for my injuries. The staff is wonderful and considerate as well and I couldn't ask for a better place to be.

I was referred by my son in law after his ALIF procedure. I was in severe pain especially my severe sciatic pain and back pain. Dr. Chappuis diagnosed my issue immediately during my first visit. I had my ALIF surgery and I am pleased with the results. I call Dr. Chappuis my miracle doctor. The entire medical staff is superb.

I had a great first experience
Vaun was very kind and joyful to speak to when I first walked in the door , she was very helpful with any questions I had. Alex was also very kind and asked the right questions to see how I was feeling, he even provided a few things to help with my pain. Valerie was very kind and explained how everything worked an answered all my questions with no problem.

they take there time in this office and they wont stop until your nice and perfect or close to it anyways and the staff are all understanding and show such compassion.

not a very compasionate atmosphere in the front office.
The doctors seem to be very nice along with the physical therapy and massage therapist and seem to be very sympathetic. I do think there are some issues with the front office. The ladies up front show very little sympathy and I feel like having the T.V up very loud and having it on sports all the time is not a great idea. There were some older ladies in the waiting area the last time that I was here and I felt so bad that they had to sit threw a very loud Baseball game. Your first impression is the front office. Thank you for your time.
