The team here was really friendly.
The receptionist was friendly even though she was multi-tasking with me and other patients. The gentleman that took my x-ray was really nice and thorough about what my issues were, and the nurse practioner was very informative with the questions me and my wife had.

Dr Ali was great, answer question where I could understand completly.
I thoroughly enjoy my visit here at the Spine Center, from the friendly office staff to the excellent doctors who take time to listen and discuss action plan to where I could totally agree with and understand what happens next. Thanks Dr. Ali for your patience, thoroughness and being able to answer all my questions. Again service here is great.
Today I had the privilege of speaking with operator Casey who went over and beyond trying to help me get in touch with the office. Apparently extremely busy and I was in crisis mode. Ms Casey stayed calm and did everything she could. Please acknowledge her because she truly gave excellent customer service.

Awesome experience from the moment you are in the door.
Despite not feeling great I was met by Vaughn who was sweet and gave me my own time at the counter. Ali was great and listened the entire time. And those were the smoothest x-rays ever. .

Best part of a bad situation
Today was my last visit and I can honestly say I'm sad to go. Over the past several months of treatment the staff has gone above and beyond to help me out and make me feel like a priority. The staff always addresses me by name (which shows they cared enough to remember) and they always have smiles and conversation for me. I came in around 4:45pm and was hungry and Valerie and Vaun even took the time to "Fix me a plate" of Greek salad, pita and hummus. It was super thoughtful of them. If this place had a chiropractor on staff it would be absolutely perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone suffering from orthopaedic issues. I never want to be in another car accident, but I will miss coming by and engaging with this SUPER staff. Every department I've had to deal with was filled with good people with great personalities.

I Love this Practice!!!
