Always better than anticipated...
Despite the situation not being the most pleasant, Dr. Shepherd makes the whole thing much better... very understanding, great bedside manner... lucky to have been referred to him so many years ago!

Exilent. I have no complaints.
Dr. Shepard was very caring and soft spoken. When he was notified that I was hospitalized due to bleeding he came right over to speak to me and my husband and let us know what would have to be done if it didn't stop. Fortunately it did stop. I was very pleased with with how informative he was when answering my questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a doctor due to stomach problems.

Very professional and thorough - would refer!
One issue- he said someone would call prob that day to schedule procedure. 3 business days later and even after leaving a message no one has called. That’s only concern.

You can trust this Dr. to take care of your medical needs
If you ask questions, he will take time to explain to you what you need to do thats best. When he does procedures ,(colon and endoscopy)I have Never had any issues. I highly recommend him. Very qualified doctor.

Dr. Shephard took time to listen to my complaint and did not rush in his very thoughtful answers. These l included clear presentation of ideas and sound reasoning for tests to be conducted. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the subjects we discussed.

Best Doctor and Staff I have ever been to!
Over my life I’ve have seen many doctors, nurses, and staff but Dr. Shepard and staff are the best! My family and I are so grateful to have him as our doctor . Doctor Shepard Never forgets to follow up on you and remind you of test and procedure in the upcoming months. Shout out to Lisa also she is great!

Very clear communication regarding maintenance and blood work
Dr. Shephard took the time to go over all medical records and best practices regarding maintaining remission of Ulcerative Colitis. He also spoke at length of what I should expect and plan for in the next 6 to 12 months. He is also friendly, personable and easy to talk to.
