We are so grateful!
We enjoyed working with Dr. Bush and all of the Conceptions staff through every step of the process. Dr. Bush was straightforward from the very beginning with our diagnosis, treatment plan, and odds of becoming parents. At such a trying time in our lives, Dr. Bush was confident and gave us hope. We began the IVF process back in 2018 and now have an amazing 2 year old son and a daughter on the way. We could not be more grateful to Dr. Bush for giving us our family. Thank you!

Exceeded expectations

Every member of the Conceptions group was wonderful from start to finish! Communication and comfort level was top nothc.

Incredible!
We came from another provider that was not putting us first. Dr. Bush completely surpassed our expectations at every step along the way. He is a great listener and was always willing to take extra time to fully explain things to us and make us feel comfortable. Everyone that we worked with at Conceptions was so great; and they were able to get us pregnant so we are forever grateful.
I really appreciated the empathy shown by the staff. I especially looked forward to seeing/talking to Sarah E (phlebotomist), Kathy, and Sarah Evans. Especially when we were in a low spot, they were empathetic and comforting. And we were able to trust Dr. Bush's judgment throughout the process - he is a smart man! THANK YOU to everyone!!!

Exceptional
When I went to meet with Dr. Bush in 2018, he had reviewed my past medical history and my recent struggle with infertility. After discussing this with me and listening to my story through my perspective as a patient, Dr. Bush made his recommendations for my IVF protocol. With one cycle of IVF, we now have out 16 month old son.
Throughout the process, the entire staff worked together to help us with our IVF process. When you walk in the door the front staff is very friendly and remembers you by name. That carries through to the lab techs, ultrasound techs, and embriologists that work with you throughout your IVF cycle. My IVF nurse Lindsay stayed in close contact with me and always got back to me so quickly with questions.
I can't say enough great things about this clinic and Dr. Bush. I feel without his expertise I still would not be able to be a mom. For that I will forever be thankful.

Most loving and supportive staff! Love Conceptions and My Experience!
They show so much care and listen to all your questions and concerns. They set up a plan and walk you through each step. Everyone at the office is rooting for you and make you feel so welcome and happy in a hard situation. I am so pleased with my decision to choose conceptions and would tell everyone.

Amazing Doctor and Staff!
I can't say enough awesome things about Dr. Bush, Kathy, Sara, Kasey and Taunya at the Sky Ridge office! We immediately knew we were in the right place by just walking through the door and meeting everyone. From the beginning, Dr. Bush explained everything thoroughly to my husband and I about our situation and the options. We decided to go with IVF and are happy to say we are currently pregnant with twins!!

IVF Consultation
We saw Dr. Bush for an IVF consultation and were very pleased with the initial appointment as well as all follow up steps. Everyone in the office is courteous and friendly. We felt that the plan made from day one was incredibly thorough and all questions were answered.

Excellent care
I had one IVF cycle and two FET cycles with Dr. Bush and both were successful. I attribute this to the excellent quality of care provided by Dr. Bush, his embryologists, and the rest of the staff.

Dr. Bush was knowledgeable, honest, and hard working.
I came to Conceptions feeling hopeless. I had a very negative experience with another fertility clinic in the area, so I was weary and skeptical, but as soon as Dr. Bush entered the room he restored my faith in this process. He took the time to get to know me and my medical history; this was not a one size fits all approach, it was a plan made for my specific needs. Dr. Bush is passionate in his work and truly wants the best for his patients. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the exceptional nurses and staff at Conceptions. Throughout the entire IVF process I continued to receive the highest level of care from everyone I encountered. They always welcomed my numerous questions and were just plain kind. My heart was broken and each person I met at Conceptions along this often long and painful journey placed a stitch on my heart and made me whole again. They assisted with the TWO greatest gifts of my life and for that I will be forever grateful!

Dr. Bush and the rest of his staff made our first visit experience very comfortable and we felt so cared about!!
Dr. Bush was very informative and answered all of our questions. His nurse Sara was so kind and wanted to make sure we knew everything we were doing. Kathy made the ultrasound SO comfortable and I always felt relaxed at this office.

My time with Dr. Bush was a great experience!
Dr. Bush cares tremendously about his patients and the end goal of helping us become pregnant. He was responsive to my requests and made sure that he explained thoroughly why a direction may work well over another. The entire staff got to know me well and was excited with me throughout my journey and was genuinely excited for me once I became pregnant.

Successful round of IVF on the first try!
Dr. Bush was great and very thorough. The team from day one was clear on the process and each nurse/tech/phlebotomist/etc communicated effectively about each step. We ended up with three embryos and the embryo that was implanted took on the first try. We are super thrilled with our baby girl because of all of the hard work from the Conceptions team.

Incredibly grateful for this clinic
Dr. Bush listens and answers questions thoroughly and clearly. He truly cares about getting results. I cannot express my appreciation enough -- because of him and this clinic, I have my almost two-year-old and another on the way!!!

Easy, comfortable experience
My husband and I love everyone in the Skyridge office. I have a fear of needles and Sarah is the only person I am comfortable with taking my blood. The front office is always helpful and welcoming. Kathy who does the ultrasounds is also amazing. Dr. Bush is always on time and answers any of the questions that we have. We would highly recommend Dr. Bush.
