Very informative and fact based, obviously very skilled in the field. All of the staff were so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, always inviting me to ask questions throughout the process.

He was thorough in explaining all procedures. The only downfall is it was a little overwhelming for a first visit.

very good info and straight forward guidance on process and decision making. Dr Bush doesn't give you the "warm and fuzzies" and doesn't demonstrate "comforting listening" skills upon initial meet. as the man in the relationship, doesn't bother me at all...i stereotypically don't want the fluff.. just want the facts and lets move forward. Speaking for the female in the relationship, she wants a little more of that. But as we say... it really just comes down to RESULTS! ... so who cares about the rest. and maybe the nurses and rest of staff kind of bring more of that charisma, so its a fair balance overall

good listener and great at explaining things

At first I was hesitant with his diagnosis and he is very "to the point" type, which I like, but he didn't give us a very good probability if conceiving naturally, but he knows his stuff! Everything he said was spot on and he even did extra testing. He is very confident in his work and he has ever right to be. It worked the first try!! We only talked to him once and then I ran into him once in the elevator, you do all your dealings with the nurses, but he is very knowledge and reviews all your tests. The biggest struggle I had with the office is their lack of communication with billing. Don't get me wrong, they helped out when you asked them and were very willing to be a support and help with working with insurance companies etc, but you had to ask first. There was always a surprise bill I received in the mail and I am still paying on some random bills that were not covered under the large lump sum they require. Beware with the extra costs not discussed.

Dr Bush is an experienced IVF Doctor. He is accurate and trustworthy. However doctor was hiding behind most of the time.

Dr Bush is extremely knowledgeable and an absolute expert in his field. He was very confident that he could help us, which was reassuring. Our overall IVF experience went very smoothly, and we are so happy to report that we expecting our first baby in September as a result of the process!
