Simply amazing!!
I found the entire staff at Addison Pain to be very helpful. Dr. East and his team were able to reduce my back and neck pain to the point that I have resume my walking routine that I had almost given up on.

Always consistent ,always a great experience
The staff , from front desk to last step ,setting a future appointment are excellent and always helpful .. the nurses are great and its always a positive experience ... patients are always btreated w utmost respect .octors in pain community are under extreme hardship , in that they have to be absolutely sure the patients theybare treating , really require the meds thabare beibg prescribed .... Dr East is an amazing Doctor . he has been treating me for nearly 20 years , I love my interacyons w him and the staff

Definitely the Best Patient Experience in the DFW Area
From the support staff up all the up to the provider. Dr. East's crew went above and beyond for myself and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the office spaces. My time here was a joy. All my issues or view points were met in a timely manner. I was also provided with a detailed step by step which allowed me to build a plan with the provider for my next visits and appointments. I would say this place is amazing. All the staff were professional and pleasant. Thank you all so much!

Highly recommend to anyone who wants to look your best!
I had a Vampire Facelift at Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine in early March. I went in hoping to appear less frowny-faced and wanted to plump up my laugh lines, a sunken chin, and other less-than-firm areas. The staff was so caring and willing to spend as much time as needed to answer questions while explaining the entire procedure to me.
I left the procedure with immediate healthier looking skin and after 3 to 4 weeks I had fewer wrinkles and fine lines. I had zero downtime as well! I had read some possible side effects could be burning, itching, or swelling, but did not experience any of these. I had some small bruising on my face but that was gone within 1 to 2 weeks
My results are better than I could have imagined. The Vampire Facelift was super worth it for my laugh lines to look filled out and my skin to have a steady glow *thank you, platelets). I have already received compliments that my face looks smoother, and my complexion is more even!

Long time patient with nothing but positive results
I have been a sufferer of chronic back pain for over 20 years. I have been a patient of Dr East for the last 10. When I cam to him nothing seemed to work but after he listened to my struggles and frustrations he cam up with a plan to get me back to normal. The results have been nothing short of amazing and though my visits are fewer and far between the results have remained 2nd to none.

I first went to Dr .East with severe Lumbar and Thoracic pain. I was missing a lot of work , not sleeping well and in constant pain. This is my follow-up review , about 2 months after having a Rhizotomy (burning away nerves) The first few days after the procedure , the pain would fade out sometimes, but then come back. After about 10 days the pain went away. Completely. The entire experience, with Dr. East and his wonderful staff was just great ! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up !

Dr. East and his team are first class!
I initially spoke to Dr. East as he was highly referred to me by several individuals. My lower back and big toe were causing me immense pain and based on my consultation with him and his staff, I was confident Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine could help me!
I suffered from osteoarthritis in my big toe and lumbar disc disease in my lower back. Dr. East treated both areas with PRP. I also took advantage of Botox, an O-shot and facelift. I was beyond pleased and impressed with my results. I felt immediate relief in my big toe and my back felt twenty years younger in a few weeks. I was able to return to wearing high heels every day and the gym! My face was glowing and I will 100% continue receiving treatment from Dr. East.
Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine is first class! The atmosphere is inviting and ultra clean and the staff are extremely kind. A big thank you to Dr. East and his entire team for making me feel so welcome and secure during my visit.

I came to Dr. East, and work with Sylvia as well, for pain shots, I've been on pain meds for years and kept having to increase doses. I came here, and got a couple of shots and getting a nerve blocker soon. Anyone who is in pain, come to Dr. East, he will help!!!!

Back Pain Experience
I have had chronic lower back and hip pain for years. I have been coming to Addison Pain for several years and Dr East, Slyvia, Aleana. Cara and everyone at the clinic do everything they can to help you. The procedures that we do for my back do help with my pain. I highly recommend anyone who suffers with pain to reach out for their help. They are great.

So happy I have found an alternative treatment that works!
All of the providers at Addison Pain have gone above and beyond for me! I cheered my entire life and about a year ago experienced chonic low back pain. I came to Addison Pain and completed a lumbar MRI and found out I had a tear in my disc at L3/L4 which was causing pain across my low back, wrapping around my waist, into my groin and leg. Last June, I had PRP (platelet rich plasma) injected into my torn disc, in hopes to help heal the tear. Knowing that PRP takes at least 90 days to start working, I didn't lost hope. It was right at the 3 month mark that I was standing in my best friend's wedding and it dawned on me that I wasn't experiencing low back pain! I feel as though every day, my low back has gotten better. I still modify some workouts just to be safe but I will be repeating PRP soon to continue to help with the healing process!
I can not recommend Dr. East and Addison Pain enough. Regenerative medicine is the way to go! SO happy I found Dr. East!

Great
I had a car accident back in March 2020. After the accident the pain in my neck, upper and lower back was that bad that some days I cannot even get up from bed. Made an appointment @ Addison and Pain Management and as of today the pain is more manageable thanks to Dr John East and Sylvia Flores. They really care about you and wants to make sure that you have a better quality life without surgery. I am very thankful with the entire Dr East team, they are awesome!!!!

The best experience I've ever had with a Doctor
I was refered to Dr. East by my family doctor because of what I thought was a simple back injury was not healing. After having had an MRI they discovered I had a disc tear and my discs were degenerating. I had chronic pain that would not stop. Dr East and Sylvie were great at diagnosing my issues and giving treatment. Everything they have done has helped contribute to managing my pain and keeping me going. All of the staff here are polite and easy to get along with. Most of all everyone understands what I'm going through and have the knowledge to help me. I cannot thank God enough for being referred to Addison Pain.

Dealing with severe pain from Herniated Disk
I was diagnosed with a massive herniated disk about four weeks ago by my Dr. I was in really bad pain and could not wait another week or two to get the epidural shot in his office and he recommended me to Dr East. The office got me in first thing Monday morning and had me scheduled for the procedure the next day. I was very impressed with how nice the whole process was and how much they seem like the cared about me and wanted help especially seeing how much pain I was in. Dr East was awesome.

RELIEF !!
Dr East and ALL his staff are fantastic....came in with SEVERE low back pain , sciatica down left leg , could barely walk...after my epidural injections , pain is gone....I've been able to do a little yard-work (within reason) and even my dog is grateful because we are taking our daily walks again !! Couldnt be happier and just really thankful I found Addison Pain !!
