Personalized treatment
I am 61 years old and I feel and can do anything I did when I was 41 years old. Dr. East and his professional and caring staff have provided me with a customized treatment plan that is specific to my medical condition. I truly value the fact that I have always known that I’m not just another medical patient in a doctors office and that they always take the time to listen and treat my needs with great care. I cannot say enough about their Rhizotomy procedures which are a life saver for me!

finding addison pain management was the best thing ive ever done
I've suffered with neck and back pain for years after having several injuries. When I first went to the office i sufffered with daily neck and back pain. My pain was so bad, I could barely take 10 steps before having to take a rest break. I also suffered with constant pain in the neck and constant daily headaches. I didn't want pain medication, just help so that I could function. After having an epidural steroid injection in my back, my leg pain went away. I later had a low back nerve block followed by a procedure in which they abladed the nerves in my low back pjoints and my pain was 90% within days. They also did the ablative (Rhizotomy) in my neck which stopped by neck pain and headaches. I feel better than I did when I was a teenager and for the first time in over 20 years, I could workout with weights with no pain. Dr. East gave me my life back. I am forever greatful to him and Sylvia for listening to me and carrying so much,

Best thing i ever did was to meet Dr. East, he's a lifesaver
I was in so much pain. Me being very active and couldn't do things i enjoy. After dr east did his majic, an epidural steroid injection, I was able to go back and do whatever I wanted. Thank you so much dr east.

Addison Pain Management helped me walk again
I walked into the office doubled over in pain. I couldn't stand up straight because the pain was so severe and it was worsening each day. Sylvia and Dr. East helped me my with medication to help control my pain and set me up for one epidural steroid injection. Within two days, my pain was gone and i returned to work like it never happened.

It would take an act of congress to get me to leave this office!
Dr. East, Sylvia Bugarin, NP, and the rest of his incredible staff have been helping me for a few years and I can't say enough wonderful things about their office. I was a competitive gymnast growing up and am now suffering the consequences as an adult.
So, years ago when Sylvia recommended I try a Rhizotomy for my back and neck pain, I was extremely skeptical at first. Now, I wonder what took me so long!!?? It was an absolute blessing. She also added Botox in as part of my treatment which has also been a godsend (for both neck pain and has made my migraines all but disappear!) But it's not just the treatments, it's the way the staff takes such good care of their patients.
Doctor East offers comfort, empathy, understanding to his patients, which spill into the entire office atmosphere & staff. It's few and far between that you find someone that is both so forward thinking, intelligent, and respectful of the people he surrounds himself with on a daily basis! Highly recommend them!

Addison pain management saved my life
I've been going to Addison pain management for years. Sylvia has been taking excellent care of me. When I first came into the office I could barely walk without being in constant pain. My low back would hurt constantly and I would also have pain and numbness in the legs. After having epidural steroid injection and low back nerve ablation my pain is almost all gone. I get regular chiropractic treatment which has allowed me live a pain free life.

First time my pain has lessened in years!!
After trying different treatments over the past 20 years, I have had remarkable lessening of pain after botox injections in my neck, scalenes, and upper back, indicating that the source of my pain is muscular. I am so so happy to be able to enjoy my life without a constant headache! Thank you Addison Pain.

I cant say enough good things about Dr East and Sylvia. Syliva is always super helpful and listens to whats going on with me. She is on top of current treatments. Dr East is such a great doctor and really knows what he's doing. I cant thank God enough for Sylvia and Dr East. They are truelly a blessing.

Staff was very attentive and asked questions
The day I had the shots I felt so much better and had the best nights sleep in months. The new meds are working on reducing the pain after the shots wore off. Would recommend to anyone needing help with their pain.

Pain Relieft with Patients in Mind
I've been do doctors who have disregarded my lower back pain before and would simply prescribe OTC medication for me to deal with it. After getting an MRI and a referral here, the team came up with a plan to help me get better. At follow up we discussed how we can maintain ongoing results to keep me pain-free. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to anyone who needs it.

Wherever your pain is, Dr. East will work hard to find relief.
Dr. East and his staff are always very friendly, courteous, and professional. They really care about patients and helping them feel better. Dr. East offers many different options for pain relief and tailors a treatment plan for each patient that will work best for them. He searches for ways to try to relieve pain long term. Dr. East has done Botox on my neck, back, and shoulders which relieved a lot of tension and pain.

Great staff members who are welcoming from the moment you walk in and check in to meeting Dr. East and Sylvia to talk about your injuries. Their great attention to detail and concern to get you back on your feet is incomparable to non. Very helpful, Finally can move my arm
I had a steroid injection in my shoulder and within 2 days the pain was almost gone and I could lift my arm to get dressed without help! I was able to do a video visit after my injection so Sylvia was able to make sure I was on the mend. Everyone at Addison Pain is helpful and friendly. Sometimes I have to leave a message to leave for someone to call me back to make my appointment but they usually call the same day.

Sylvia is awesome!
Fantastic people that take care of their patients. Sylvia knows her patiens and keeps our management of pain to optimum levels. Sylvia knows exactly how to keep my pain under control through injections, adjustments, and sometimes remediation of nerve blocks. I trust her more than any other doctor I have had to see in the past.

A light at the end of the tunnel, and this time it's Not a train!
Dr. East is a very kind and easy going guy He's super nice and super good at his job! His office staff is extremely organized and they all genuinely care about their patients! I have the Best Nurse Practitioner ever, and Sylvia Always returns my calls and gets answers to my silly questions :) Appointment scheduling is not ever an issue, and medications are dealt with smoothly. I have been dealing with chronic neck and back issues for 40 years now, and I am really happy with the treatment I have received here! Thank You Dr. East and staff!
