No more pain in the neck!
I came to see Dr. East and Sylvia because my neck was stuck. The pain caused numbing and tingling down my arm, and I was having difficulty lifting even my purse or turning my head. Dr. Sylvia was able to give me injections that helped a few days and then Dr. East did an injection that removed ALL of my pain. I do not have any restrictions or lack of mobility now. Dr. East was so cheerful and kind and even though I was nervous, he made it quick & painless.
Making my appointment was fast, Shannon was able to get me in the next day to see Dr. Sylvia because I had already taken off work and then Bri got my insurance to tell me what amount they would cover. Other than my deductible it was all covered by insurance.
So thankful that I found a doctors office that really want to care for the whole patient and I know if I need anything else this is the place I will be going.

So happy I found Dr East & all
I have terrible back, neck & shoulder pain. I cannot walk or stand for more than a few minutes. Even sitting becomes painful after awhile. My Nuero referred me to Dr East.
Dr East helped me on the first visit and laid out a plan for permanent relief. I actually had short term and long term choices. I chose long term.
Everyone at the practice has been wonderful, upbeat, and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased.

Miracle doctors!!
I absolutely love all the doctors at Addison Pain and Regenerative Medicine. They are all amazing! If you are in any type of pain I highly recommend coming here!

Pain relief doesn't have to be a pain!
Dr. East and his staff are the best. When I have to come in for back pain, Sylvia remembers me, asks questions and really listens. She is caring and will spend as much time with me as I need. The staff is so nice, and everyone always has a smile on their face. Dr. East practice has grown over the years, but I still feel as if I am seeing my personal doctor. I recommend friends and family to the practice and will continue to see them as I need it!

Very Helpful and Attentive
The staff at Dr. East's office is very attentive and willing to listen to any problems you may have. Dr. East checks up personally after a procedure and responds to messages quickly. Sylvia is amazing and spends so much time with me searching for a solution for my issues. They really care.

Knowledgeable and Caring
The doctors and personnel at Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine are great! They take the time to listen to my needs and concerns and to create a course of action that I can understand and follow. I know and trust Dr. East and Sylvia to recommend procedures and actions that are in my best interests. I have been coming here for years and can highly recommend this office.

Exceptional care and substantial pain relief
I cannot recommend Dr. East enough for anyone suffering back pain like I did. I have a herniated disk and arthritis throughout my back, which made standing and sitting still a nightmare. Dr. East took the time to explain every detail, including the specific problems with my spine, how they had developed, and how his treatments would address the issues I had. I've had numerous facet joint injections, which have provided me with a good deal of relief, and have improved my ability to go about my daily life as a student and at work. Dr. East and his team have kept my personal well-being at the center of my treatment. For one of my injections, Dr. East was happy to see me early in the morning, before Addison Pain opened for the day for the day, in order to fit me into his schedule.
Once again, If you need treatment for pain, please consider Dr. East and Addison Pain and Regenerative Medicine for your pain treatment. I'm glad I did.

the absolute best!
I have been seeing Dr.East and Sylvia for 3 years now for neck pain. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with any doctor. Not only are they amazing at treating pain, but they are also quick and take the time to know you as a person. I work in the medical industry and have never met a doctor that cares that much about their patients. if you are in pain they do their best to get you in that same day or the following day and Bri is always in a great mood, scripts are sent within an hour because they have the best medical assistants (morgan and heather), and injections can be scheduled within that week or the following week. overall, this is the best practice i have ever encountered. set an appointment now!!!

My first day, I was greeted with smiling faces and I was treated like another family member!!! The environment is warm. The staff is amazing! They really do care about your healing process; they listen to your concerns and offer different solutions. Dr East and his staff at Addison Pain and Regenerative are top notch in the business!!!

Amazing results
Today's visit was to follow up on my lumbar facet injection. The 4 shots Dr. East gave me were RIGHT ON TARGET.
As usual...Dr.Silvia and the medical assistants were professional and did an outstanding job. Bri is always on top of my appointments and runs the desk like no other!!!

You Will Love This Doctor!
I have been coming to Dr East for more than 15 years for my chronic back pain. When I first came to Dr East I was in terrible condition, lots of pain, and depressed. Dr East got me on a pain treatment and addressed all my other issues. He focused on my quality of life and it is very much improved. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a great listener and will help you in every way he can!

Dr. East is the number 1 pain management doctor!
Doctor east is awesome! He recognizes that his patients are people and is always very friendly with a smile on his face. He is also very knowledgeable and can pinpoint where pain is coming from very quickly. I had cervical rediculopathy and after having surgery, have had chronic pain in my neck and upper back. Dr. East has taken the time to figure out where my pain is and tried different solutions until finding the correct ones to relieve my pain. I highly recommend Dr. East. The rest of his staff, nurse practitioner and medical assistants are great too. Very friendly and helpful.

Most Caring Practice in Dallas....
Dr. East is, by far, one of the best doctors I have ever had! I have had the pleasure of being his patient for the past six years. I've seen Dr. East for many different pain issues; lower back, tears in both shoulders, maniscus knee damage, herniated cervical and lumbar discs, and tendinitis in both elbows. After consultation, we decided on a plan of recovery, beginning with cervical & lumbar ESI's(Epidural Steroid Injection) to help reduce the inflammation before performing rhyzotomys to those area. I was then pain free for almost two years, before repeating the process. I have also had PRP (Plasma Rich Platelets), as well as stem cell injections, in my shoulders, elbows, knees, & neck that have helped tremendously. The nurses & staff of Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine have made me feel like I am part of their family. Dr. East & his staff go out of their way to provide exceptional treatment & the highest level of care patients could ever come to expect & receive in a practice!!

Wonderful, empathetic staff, who care about your health
My experience has always been excellent at Addison Pain & Regenerative Medicine. The staff greets me when I come in, I do not wait long to see the physician, and most importantly: they listen to how I feel about my body and support me with all the information possible. They are experts in their field, and have put together a practice which is well suited to treat all aspects of pain management.

From pain to no pain
I went from a 10 on the pain scale to a 0-1. And able to function daily without any pain meds. Dr East and team from front to back are the greatest. i would rate them higher but only allows 5 stars.

Best Pain Management Center Ever
I left a pain management center to come to Addison for Dr East. A coworker had referred him to me upon my disgust with the previous Doctor. That was 12 years ago. I have degenerative disc disease and it has continued to be a journey. My initial consult was S1\L5. Before heading to surgery, many options were explored as they are today. Dr East office performs basic services to the innovative. I have had countless injections, chiropractic care inclusive of manipulation under anesthesia, rhizotomies, PRP {Platelet Rich Plasma). I am convinced the PRP has kept me from losing the use of my left arm and hand. Neck surgery has been avoided thus far. Dr East Office uses the best associates for any outside testing and procedures. Outstanding people with outstanding skills.

Awesome Facility
Didn't know what to expect. PA (Sylvia) was awesome; explained why I was in so much pain and somehow, was able to schedule me to receive my spinal injection on the same day. I would highly recommend this facility.
