Excellent care with thorough explanations
Dr Zalvan's explanations made even the endoscopy procedure easy and comfortable. Office staff very pleasant and helpful both on the phone and in person.

Awesome first visit
My experience with Dr. Zalvan was great!
He made me feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel like l was talking to a friend. I will definitely refer my friends and family to him.
However, the front desk staff was great except on representative. She spoke loud. I was shocked because it’s a doctors office. She could definitely use some retraining on the bologna her voice in the waiting area .
But overall my experience with Dr. Zalvan and his assistant was awesome.

Finding Dr. Zalvan is the best thing that ever happened to me.
Dr. Zalvan is up-to-date on the latest treatments and new equipment in order to provide the highest level of care. He is willing to do whatever is the best treatment for my condition, and provides a lot of information to take home. He is the best otolaryngologist I have ever found.

Capable an caring doctor, pleasant staff.
Dr. Zalvan is a direct and caring doctor. Although I have not needed to be treated for any major issue, the treatment and tests I did have were completely explained and performed with as little discomfort as possible and results carefully explained as well. I would recommend Dr. Z to anyone. Pleasant "bedside" manner, too.

Finally I found a doctor with a different approach for treatment of nagging throat issues!
Dr Zalvan gave me a thorough exam after listening to my complaints, explaining everything. I left with a printed copy of exam and treatment.
Dr Zalvan listens and does not rush the appointment.

He walked in with a gracious greeting - which is a great way to begin. I had done my homework before choosing Dr Zalvan. Great at removing cerumen and giving advice on next steps.
Aside from the 1 hour wait time, I had a great experience with Dr. Zalvan. He was personable, knowledgeable, clear, and gave an easy to understand write-up of what I needed to do at home. I'd recommend him.

Very happy with treatment and results
I have a paralyzed vocal cord and it had become increasingly difficult to speak. Dr Zalvan assessed my problem, recommended a procedure which went very well and happily I have my voice back, He is thoughtful and empathetic as well as skilled in his field. His support staff were kind and reassuring.
