Finally, relief!
For the past 15 years I have experienced a myriad of painful symptoms, not knowing that they were all due to 2 little joints in my jaw. Headaches, neck pain, shoulder and arm pain all combined to hinder my ability to function in simple day to day tasks. After one week of wearing Dr. Urbanek's TMJ splint, my symptoms began to dissipate. Three weeks later, I am happy to say I am pain free!

Almost immediate pain relief. Teeth were not meshing properly making eating difficult. No more of this either. The device seems to work very well.

Only thing that could unlock my jaw!
My story actually begins with a car accident 16 years ago and resulting spinal and headache issues. Basically my spine has been wonky ever since and there are significant knots and tension from my head to lower back. Eventually, that (plus I'm sure stress and anxiety) lead to clinching my jaw more and more often to the point of a TMJ diagnosis and a locked jaw that neither traditional medicine, chiroproactic, nor acupuncture could help. It was awful and I was desperate to stop the jaw pain, popping, and then the final straw, the right side of my jaw out of alignment to the point that it was locked and I could barely open my mouth. My dentist had recommended Dr. Urbanek and I stupidly did not see him before my symptoms got to that point. Within days of using the device, the inflammation and pain were significantly diminished. Within two weeks, the right side of my jaw FINALLY released!! I often wonder how much pain, food restrictions, and damage I could have prevented had a come sooner. However, I'm just extremely thankful that I finally did. Thank you so much, Dr. Urbanek!!

My experience with Dr. Urbanek has been spectacular. Before meeting Dr. Urbanek, I was dealing with extreme jaw pain. After getting my device and following Dr. Urbanek's rules, I felt improvement faster than I imagined.

After 17 years of symptoms, I've finally found relief with Dr. Urbanek.
Dr. Urbanek listened to my story, asked a ton of questions, and made me feel really comfortable from the first visit. I expected an oral surgeon to recommend surgery, but he didn't. My x-rays were not only shown to me, but explained. I'd had an MRI, multiple other x-rays over the years, but nothing made sense or came with a plan that made sense. After wearing the splint for 2 months, I feel 90% better. That's saying a lot, since I was at the point before of having weekly headaches and spending mounds of money on medications and other doctors trying to figure out my source of pain. I can't thank him and his staff enough for helping me. I'm now only wearing the splint at night and I know if I ever need to come back and talk, I can. I feel super satisfied and also taken care of. Wish I found y'all sooner! Thank you!

I was referred to Dr. Urbanek because of onset of severe jaw pain and headaches. After consultation and treatment with his device, all of these symptoms have gone away and stayed away.
Dr. Urbanek and his staff have been more than kind and helpful in this entire process.

I had issues with my teeth,jaw pain,neck pain and migraines for over ten years! But after I got this device 90% of my pain went away! After few days I felt the difference! I couldn't be more happier!Thank you Dr. Urbanek!
Dr Urbanek was very helpful. He explained everything very well. Everything was done pretty fast. The nurses were friendly too.

TMJ Pain no more
My story starts in the fall of 2008. I started having ear pain, massive headaches, and neck pain. At first I thought that I had a severe sinus infection but after having the headache for over a week I knew something else was wrong. I started to seek help and went to several doctors that thought I had some kind of neurological issues and put me on enough meds to put out an elephant. This did not take way my pain. In fact the headaches started to affect my daily life and turned into more pain to where I could not sleep more than a handful of hours a night. I continued to seek second opinions. after a year of searching for help and a stop to the terror that became my life I was diagnosed with TMJ. I started to see a tmj specialist that my dentist recommended. Pain was still happening after a year of treatment and over $7,000 spent. So I started to search the internet for another tmj specialist. Luckly I found Dr Urbanek. and since 2010 I have been pain free.
I thank Dr Urbanek for all the help and I hope no one has to go thru what I had too.

The device has helped me so much!!!!!
I have suffered from headaches, jaw pain, and just overall clenching for over 20 years. I have also had ear ringing that has been nonstop. I have seen the same dentist for many years and he has tried to help me but nothing seemed to work. I searched for different answers on ways to help my pain. I found Dr. Urbanek online. I have been wearing this device and he has relieved my pain that I have had for so many years. Thank you.

TMJ Symptoms Gone
I had been having symptoms of TMJ for many years (jaw clicking/pain, headaches, ear ringing, etc.). Three years ago, the jaw pain became so bad that I thought I must have an abscessed tooth. X-rays showed no infection, so my dentist referred me to Dr. Urbanek. I was able to get an appointment quickly and he recommended the TMJ splint. From the very first week wearing the splint, I noticed the pain beginning to lessen, and I was completely pain free in less than a month. I wore the device 24 hours a day for 3 months, and now I only need to wear it at night. I wouldn't be without this device - it has literally changed my life!

Free of pain now.
I was experiencing jaw pain and ear ache. I went to see my dentist and he determined I had TmJ, He referred me to Dr. Urbanek. I also was having neck and shoulder problems. In about 2 months I no longer have neck pain. My shoulders are a lot better. I've been sleeping better and I can't grind my teeth at night. I'm excited about my progress. It's been a great experience. I hope I can help others by sharing my experience.

This experience with Dr. Urbanek has given my a better quality of life. My new mouth splint has helped me tremendously.
My pain was very intense before I met Dr. Urbanek. I came to his office in December of 2015. I could barely open my mouth. I had neck and shoulder pain as well. I am a singer and it was quite painful to sing. Today I have made some incredible strides. My mouth splint gave me back my ability to sing again. Tmj is a real condition and I am forever grateful to Dr. Urbanek for his expertise in this area. He has the greatest office staff . They are so professional.

TMJ
For a couple years I had jaw tightness, joint pain throughout my right arm and fingers, and significant ringing in my ears from frequently clenching my teeth . I visited an ENT and my general dentist for these symptoms and was then referred to Dr. Urbanek for treatment. After about 3 months with the splint, I have seen improvement in my pain of about 95% and 50% of the ringing in my ears is gone. I would highly recommend this treatment for anyone who may be experiencing similar symptoms.

TMJ diagnosis to pain to relief
Dr. Urbanek was able to diagnose the problem along with a very friendly staff. After having gone through the pain and all the symptoms of TMJ there was not a provider that I had seen before Dr. Urbanek that was able to provide relief. The TMJ device has worked tremendously over the last two months since beginning with it.

PAIN FREE!
i had been waking up with a slight headache for about a year, then started experiencing severe facial pain. iI called my dentist and described the pain. Thankfully, i was immediately referred to Dr. Urbanek. After wearing the splint a few days, the pain went away. it has been two months now of no pain and I am very thankful!

TMJ Jaw Popping and extremely painful
When i first came to see Dr. Urbanek I was at my wits end. The pain, ear hurting,head, face, dizziness,neck hurting ,severe ringing in my ears, and my jaw had extreme pain and make loud popping noises.
When I opened my mouth sounded like my jaw bones were breaking or grinding. The pain was something fierce. After my visit with Dr. Urbanek and he diagnosed me with TMJ ,they ordered what is called a TMJ splint.After wearing like the Doctor told me to, my pain is sooo much better. My jaw has stopped popping and is much much better. So glad I was referred to him and would recommend him to any one that is having problems such as I did.

TMJ Pain
Dr. Urbaneck was extremely knowledgeable and successful in diagnosing the cause of many pains I had been suffering from. Everything from ear aches, jaw pain, neck pain, tooth pain, shoulder and arm pain, even gum inflammtion stated going away within days of wearing his appliance. Within 2 weeks I was pain free! It has changed my quality of life! Before Dr. Urbaneck I had been going to about 5 doctors trying to figure out what was going on with me with so many different symptoms that no one could understand. Thanks to Dr. Urbaneck Im back to myself!

95% Pain Relief!
I have experienced TMD symptoms for several years before finding relief. I was having pain my my left jaw and earaches as well as ringing in the ears. I had a lot of clicking and popping sounds in my jaw joint when I would chew. I was hesitant to get the splint because I was unsure if I could wear it during the day due to claustrophobia. But here I am after about 3 months of wearing the splint 24/7 without problems and I have seen dramatic improvement and relief from my symptoms.

Never ending headaches... finally gone!
I have struggled with headaches and neck pain, jaw pain and what I always thought was sinus issues for most of my life, but the last 7 years it has become almost impossible to escape. These headaches would destroy days, even weeks of my life with me laying in bed because I couldn't function. I had an MRI done, ENT thinking that maybe I had a brain tumor. Thankfully that was not the case, but they didn't have any answers for me. IT continued to get worse over the next couple of years but still had no answers as to what it was. I was desperate after 2 weeks of not being able to do anything, and I was scouring the internet for a solution. TMJ was a possibility and I found DR Urbanek through a google search. I read all the reviews and about his splint... and I called and made an apt. He diagnosed me as positive for TMJ and we went forward with the splint. Within a week, most of my head pain was gone... within a month, most all pain was gone in my jaw, neck and head. It has been a life saver to have this splint. It's nice to have my life back.

Finally a solution for a lifetime of TMJ issues
Almost my whole life I have had TMJ related issues including headaches and jaw pain. Dentists would always point out how bad my TMJ was but in fear that correcting the issue would require surgery, I never seeked help. Finally, after my husband meet with Dr. Urbanek regarding his TMJ I decided it was time for me to also get mine looked at. If I have only known years ago that this affordable little splint would take 90% of my systems away I would have never waited as long as I did!

A God-Send!
After experiencing pain for years and not knowing what it was from, by process of elimination, I finally looked into TMJ to see if that could be my problem. I found Dr. Urbanek and he was a God-send! He found the source of my pain and was able to provide treatment for it through his splint. When I say that he worked wonders, that is an understatement! I have now had two splints over the course of many, many years because the first one proved to be so successful that maintenance was vital. I live 500 miles away from Dr. Urbanek's Nashville office and it still was worth the drive. Now that the Memphis clinic is open, I am only about 275 miles away from his office. It is still worth the drive every time! I have tried to use other TMJ splints before and NONE compared to his splint. The others poor-ed in comparison. If you are experiencing pain that is related to TMJ, give Dr. Urbanek a try. You will NOT be disappointed! It is worth every penny and any amount of mileage that you drive to come see him. You will NOT be sorry! He is a blessing!!!

Finally relief from headaches, ear fullness, and problems flying
I had struggled the last year with headaches, dizziness, fullness/aches in the ears, and a tender jaw. Once I realized it could be due to TMJ, I was searching for some solution. I had heard of people having surgeries, injections, etc. so I wasn't very hopeful and was preparing for the worst. I was referred to Dr. Urbanek through a local physician. Dr. Urbanek went through the symptoms and reasons for TMJ and showed me that his simple device has good success. I was relieved that it wasn't going to be a major deal to fix. After a month using the device, my symptoms were 75% gone, and now I'm basically having no symptoms. If you're struggling with TMJ issues, it's worth getting it taken care of and it's not a hard process! Very helpful doctor and staff!

Wonderful device! Awesome service!
When I came to see Dr. Urbanek I was having a pretty bad time. I had an excruciating pain in my jaw, ears, neck, back, arems, ringing in my ears, tingling in my fingers. I had visited several doctors for each one of my symptoms and ENT doctor, my regular doctor, even a neurologist. I was so desperate and asked Dr. Hopkins, my oral surgeon if he can help me and he sent me with Dr. Urbanek. He was very helpful and explanied to me that all of these symptoms were could be related to my clinching. He made a wonderful device that I needed to wear all day for the firsts couple of months and then change to just nights. I have been with the device two months now and I can tell that I felt better since the first week. By now 95% of the symptoms have disapeared. I am very thankful to Dr. Urbanek and his staff for all their help and the wonderful service they provide. I hope more people could try this device.

Ear pain gone!
After struggling with sharp ear pain for years, it is gone! I used to experience a very sharp pain when I opened my jaw. Thanks to Dr. Urbanek's device, that pain is gone.

No More TMJ!
Dr. Urbanek and his team has helped me find freedom from pain. I came to Dr. Urbanek after 20 years of headaches, neck pain, jaw pain and a popping jaw. I have tried everything and nothing seemed to work. I was referred to Dr. Urbanek for TMJ. He diagnosed the problem and gave me the tools to fix the problem. I can now say that after his treatment, I am pain free! He and his staff were very professional and he was very attentive to my needs.
