so base in my experience i had my acl reconstruction surgery done by doctor bassett , she has helping me out very well through out my experience process in every proffesional way ,

Dr. Bassett was wonderful and has helped me return to sports.
Everything has been smooth and easy. It was hard after injuring my knee and not being able to do the things I love. The whole team has made the recovery an easy process!

Dr. Bassett is a caring and insightful doctor
Although Dr. Bassett is fast talking (which I can appreciate as a New York native), she doesn't rush you out. Every time I needed things explained or repeated, she took the time to talk me through everything until I understood. She responded quickly to all my needs and took the time to speak with my physical therapist about my situation. I appreciate all of her care!

A wonderful experience from beginning to end.
I ruptured my achilles in late January 2021 and luckily was able to get an appt. w/Dr. Basset the following day. I went from being in a deep hole mentally to feeling good about the prospect of surgery the second I met Dr. Bassett. She has an incredible bedside manner and explains this in a way that does not give you any treppidations or anxiety. She was very attentive through all 14 months of my recovery and was always available via phone to consult with if I had any issues. Simply stated, I wouldn't go to anyone else for any foot related injuries.

The Best Orthopedic Doctor in the Business!!
Dr. Bassett was my Doctor & Surgeon for a meniscus repair of my knee. The entire process was from first visit to 100% recovered was incredible. Although results may vary from one person to another, i was shocked that i walking without crutches within 3 days with little to no pain. Dr. Bassett is a true master of her craft and truly welcomes every question you have and also takes the time to explain every detail. Currently I am back to 100% and feel better than i did before my injury. Thank you Dr. Bassett

Fantastic!!
I came in with shoulder pain after having a fall, wound up needing shoulder surgery. Best thing I've done! Dr Bassett was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done!

Ashley Basset is incredible and thorough during the whole surgery process
From the first visit, she was very thorough with all of my needs and even during and after surgery very attentive to every single detail. She constantly did checkups to make sure everything was healing correctly after my meniscus surgery.

Wonderful care and treatment from a 5 star Doctor
Dr. Bassett performed surgery for my torn ACL and meniscus. From our very first appointment through to the last, she was very thorough and transparent about what to expect. The surgery was flawless and I was provided very detailed next steps about my recovery. Dr. Bassett worked in partnership with my Physical Therapist to ensure I was progressing each week in my rehab in order to recover quickly and safely. At each follow-up appointment Dr. Bassett performed a thorough review of my progress and addressed any concerns. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Bassett. Aside from her expertise in her craft, she is warm, caring and kind. A five star doctor!

Trustworthy, caring surgeon
Dr. Bassett performed surgery on my achilles after I tore my achilles tendon. Tearing my achilles was an overwhelming situation for me personally, but Dr. Bassett showed her expertise, her emphathy, and great care to make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. After 6 months, I feel amazing and back to running, and Dr. Bassett is a huge contributor to that.

Great experience
Dr. Bassett is an exceptional surgeon. She performed surgery on my bicep about 12 weeks ago, and I am back to 100% strength. I would recommend her to anyone that needs surgery.

Wonderful experience from start to finish.
My 13 year old son came to Dr. Bassett in pain and struggling to walk. At the initial visit, she sat with us to go over his xrays, talk though the diagnosis, explained EVERYTHING, talked WITH my son- made him feel comfortable and informed, and set up an action plan. My son says she made the right decisions and prescribed everything he needed to recover. She is so knowledgeable and professional, but also so approachable with amazing bedside etiquette. Dr. Bassett put a comprehensive plan in place, walked and talked us through every step, worked with us when we needed adjustments for school, sports and life. She was honest, thorough, responsive, respectful, and very realistic in her recommendations and expectations. We are BEYOND happy with her care. Additionally, the office staff, including and especially Jenn, were helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Dr Bassett diagnosed my problem and exhausted non surgical solutions before we decided that surgery was our best option. She frequently followed up with me and described in detail what my limitations would/should be during recovery

Very successful
In ever aspect she was very helpful in letting me understand what stage I would be going through with my surgery. I had a MPFL Reconstruction surgery and my physical therapy and progression went absolutely perfectly. Every question and worry I had she was able to answer and the steps after surgery followed as she said and made me feel more and more confident about my knee. Overall a very successful experience and I'm glad she was my surgeon.

I had knee surgery for a tear in my meniscus. Dr. Bassett was extremely kind and very helpful through the whole process. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the surgery. After surgery, she answered any questions I had and made sure I recovered fully.

Extremely thorough yet easy to understand.
I had a major surgery on my knee, from the first visit pre-operation it was clear that Dr. Bassett was a subject matter expert. She was able to quickly identify the issue and put a plan in place to address it. Surgery went as great as one could expect with zero hiccups. It was clear during the post-operation visits that Dr. Basset is passionate about her patients health and recovery in the long term.

Bi lateral bicep tendon tear- Dr. Bassett and the staff were great. The professionalism and skill was only matched by the care and attention they provided during the entire 16 week recovery. Happy to be back on track before the accident.

Excellent bedside manner, diagnosis and surgical repair
Dr Bassett has to date perfectly diagnosed me with two distinct issues, one of which surgical recommendation was followed with excellent success and rapid recovery. The other issue is being monitored closely and her no nonsense approach, straight forward nature, professionalism, and thoughtful engagement has been well appreciated. Should additional care be needed for my shoulder/biceps issue I will not hesitate and absolutely be going through Dr. Bassett for remediation.

They reassured me of any concerns I had while recovering from surgery. Program is second to none.
Prior to surgery they educated me about the severity of my particular injury, gave me an estimated date for it to heal and recommended a specific program for me on the road to recovery that I learned to trust and strengthen me through and through.

Professional & Attentive
While doing landscaping I heard a pop and watched my bicep curl up, believing I tore my bicep I called Dr. Ashley Bassett’s office to see if I was able to get into. After explaining what happened they were able to squeeze me in. Dr. Bassett immediately knew I tore my bicep and was able to get me for a MRI immediately that day. After reviewing the MRI, it was determined that I need left elbow distal bicep tendon repair. Dr. Bassett made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She constantly explained the next steps and told me what my expectations should be. After the surgery and throughout the follow up appts she was on time and attentive. She kept in constant contact with physical therapist throughout my treatments.
Hopefully I never have to do surgery again but if I do I will definitely utilize Dr. Bassett.

Dr. Bassett is awesome - knowledgeable and personable
Dr. Bassett was the BEST! She was patient, thorough, and pleasant. She took the time to explain what was wrong, possible solutions, and provided detailed explanations and pictures of what was going on. Surgery was smooth and recovery was relatively quick. I would definitely come back if I had any other orthopedic issues.

knee cartilage replacement
I had a great overall experience with Dr. Basset. Her diagnosis was spot on aside from the intitial size estimate of what needed to be replaced, she gave me clear options before going forward with the surgery and was there to answer all questions and concerns post-surgery. I had lots of trouble with healing post surgery but in the long run everything healed perfect and I am very happy with where I am now! Thank you Dr. Bassett.

Great experience
I tore my ACL and Menicus, Dr.Bassett reconstructed and repaired them both. She did an outstanding job with it! I'm grateful for the care that she took of me to get me safely back to sports!

Pleasant. This was my first surgery, so I had a bit of trepidation. Dr. Bassett walked me through the scans of my knee, did a clear show & tell of what was paining me. She's apparently an excellent craftsman as well; a week after my surgery, I was bicycling again. I would not recommend damaging your knee doing sports, but if you do, Dr. Bassett is a perfect surgeon to fix you back up!

Excellent Surgeon!
My experience with Dr. Bassett was very positive and insightful. Dr. Bassett has many great qualities as a doctor. She actually listens to patient's concerns, she's very thorough during examinations and communicates diagnosis very clearly, and she is just a pleasant person to be around. I followed all her recommendations and I was completely heeled ahead of schedule. I wish she can be my primary care doctor!

knee surgery
I had chronic knee pain for a couple years. Dr. Bassett was able to diagnose the issue, give me some options and then ultimately performed surgery to remove a bone spur. After a couple months, i got back to my normal life pain free!
