Excellent as always.
Dr. Chen has changed my life. My back pain went from an 8-9 to a 1-2 and being able to do so much more than I have been able to in years. If I ever hear anyone mention back pain I always refer them to him. I don't have a bad thing to say about Dr. Chen or his staff.

Amazing doctor
I’ve been driving from Brigham City to Bountiful for years to see Dr Chen because he was the first doctor who actually cared to find out what was going on with my health and they continue to be there for me. I appreciate everyone at Alta Pain Clinic.

Dr. Chen is a good Doctor
I love working with Dr. Chen. He’s one of my favorite doctors I’ve ever had to go to. He’s very personable and listens to your needs and past experiences. He’s one you can share a laugh with, but is serious when he needs to be. Dr. Chen knows what he’s doing, and I trust him to do what is necessary and get you back to the best health you can be in.

Wonderful when I was so very nervous
Dr Chen and his sweet nurse were wonderful. I didn't rate the post visit because I haven't had it yet. I was very timid and nervous and he went very slow and was very nice. Gentle explained everything. He explained everything very nicely. I loved loved loved that he took it slow. And he listened!!!

Compassionate and educates us on pain management skills and therapy availability
Dr. Chen has managed my pain therapy for years and restored my ability to literally put one foot in front of another. I could hardly walk when I first came into his clinic. Targeted injections, RFA’s and closely monitored pain management has restored my life and given me reason to keep living. Dr. Chen and Shane Green are very attentive, always willing to educate patients and punctual.

Listens to my questions and answers in an understandable way
Dr Chen is kind, gentle and has a great sense of humor. He is well trained in his profession and has helped me tremendously with my neck, back, hip and knee pain helping me with cutting WAY back on my need for pain medications . His assistants are also funny and skilled as are his office staff. I HIGHLY recommend Alta Pain Clinic for your pain relief center.

Wonderful doctor all around
He listened patiently without interruption and came up with solutions that worked for and with me. I seriously was blown away as I have never had a doctor listen so attentively before. This was quite a breath of fresh air for me. I cannot recommend Dr. Chen enough. The level of professionalism exuded by Dr.Chen far exceeded my expectations. He was also very courteous and respectful of my wishes as an individual.
