Wonderful experience with Dr. Chen
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chen for the last several months. Dr. Chen and his staff are always friendly, kind and helpful. Dr. Chen shows concern with my medical issues. He combines his expertise with a willingness to listen and discuss different options to relieve my pain. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

Great Bedside manner and. Calming personality

Treated pain that had not been addressed for years
Great visit with Dr. Chen. He came up with new options to treat pain that had been overlooked by other physicians probably due to my complex chronic pain conditions. It looks like there may be some light at the end of this tunnel now.

I TRUST I my Doctor, Dr Chen.
I have been seeing Dr Chen for several years. When one is dealing with pain and you finally find a Dr that understands pain it is a huge relief that you have trust that he/she will not leave you hanging will take the time to explain, With all the negative press I always feel that I am doing something wrong but knowing I have a Dr looking out for me it makes it easier. Dr Chen and Terry are lifesavers. I wouldn’t be able to have a fulfilling life without their support.they are very thoughtful with their approach.
They manage my pain from Cancer and other health problems. They also educate me on my treatment plan and I consider Terry a personal confidant and sounding board.

Awesome!

Shane makes me feel like he actually cares!
I see Shane (Dr.Chen's P.A.) and he never seems rushed to get through with me, he listens well, never pressures me into anything I do not want to do and actually makes me feel like he understands and cares about me. He is my favorite doctor. All other doctors make me feel helpless or unheard. He gives me hope. He follows all protocols required and just gives great care.

All the doctors at Alta Pain clinic are helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and very caring. The only pain clinic i have gone to that has helped me get better and relieved some of my pain.

Dr. Chen has excellent diagnostic skills and his ability to administer pain-free injections is amazing.

Dr Chen is just great. The whole staff is very professional and friendly at the same time. Dr Chen listens when you talk and he interacts worth you, he doesn't just have a blank stare. He is encouraging and supports all your goals you want to accomplish to attempt to get rid of pain in possible.
