Totally professional and sincerely interested in my heath
I’ve been with Dr Chen and his assistant for over a decade. I wouldn’t go any other place. I tried it once and my eye were opened to how more professional he is compared to others. I travel hundreds of miles to have his practice take care of my needs, I trust their advice with my life.

Patience in helping to get me the right medication and dose
I’ve been getting care and medications from my family provider but after being gone from Alta for 3 years I am realizing some things are better if left alone. I wish I left things in Dr Chens/Shane’s hands. My dose hasn’t changed in years yet my health has become harder to deal with every day. I trust these Drs just as much today as I did the day I left the clinic when I thought I didn’t need a pain clinic almost 3.5 years ago. They are more then just doctors to me. I trust them immensely.

Could not be more pleased
Dr. Chen is a fantastic physician. He really tries to listen and help deal with the pain that his patients are dealing with in the most effective and quick manner as he can. I could not be happier with the results that I am having after seeing Alta Pain Physicians. I have not felt this good in decades.
