A very good and comfortable experience.
Dr Chen and all others in the office with Dr Chen are very pleasant and kind. This also includes all of the staff, nurses and such that you come in contact with. Dr Chen cares about each one of his patients. Dr Chen wI’ll do everything he is able to do to make his patients as comfortable as possible. Dr Chen is one of the most kind and caring Dr I have ever known.

Welcoming atmosphere
Although we don’t see Dr Chen often we do see PA Shane. He is always courteous, professional, friendly and willing to spend time addressing issues. Never feel rushed. My only complaint is billing. I’ve called for months due to some inaccuracies in my bill and my sons with no response. Even the office in Bountiful has emailed several times and still the billing area doesn’t respond.

Exactly what you want from your doctor.
Dr Chen was the second Dr I had be to for my pinched sciatic back nerve condition. He was hands down the better doctor. The epidural shot he gave me was almost painless. The shot I received from the first doctor, put me in the most pain I had ever been in.

Excellent customer service even with the complex’ casese
Shane met with me and called to check up on my two days later to make sure I was ok. Ordered a new cervical mri to figure out why I have lost my balance. Fantastic place and fantastic people.

Fantastic. Was very pleasant, left feeling very satisfied
Extremely smart and caring personality, has a very relaxing vibe. He is happy to take the extra time to give explanations and answer questions. Immediately gives you a sense of reassurance and trust. Staff is great also and I can tell makes a concerted genuine effort to reinforce a culture and atmosphere of making the patient feel cared for and relaxed. Seriously impressed.
