My Experience at ROSM of Annapolis was Amazing. The staff was friendly, caring and their clinical skills were excellent. The education about my injury from the anatomy to the procedure used to help my body heal made me feel confident that Dr Mulvaney was the right doctor for me. Don't suffer any longer
From the minute we found out about this treatment, we knew we had to try. We have tried everything else to treatment the symptoms of PTSD. The entire process was so easy. Within one day we had an appointment set up for the treatment. After dealing with the VA for so long, this was amazing. Dr. Mulvaney was so great, he actually listens and knows what it was like to live with PTSD. He explained the entire procedure and talked us through every step. He put at ease immediately. I instantly felt calmer and more relaxed. I can't wait to see how this will impact my life and improve my relationships. I would definitely recommend this to other verterans who are suffering from the effects of PTSD.

amazing transformation in day to day life.
I had a severe neck injury that hindered my day to day life both at home, in my training, as well as at work. Dr. Mulvaney took the time to explore my symptoms and suggested prolo therapy for my neck. He explained the process of the treatment and we discussed pros and cons. We also discussed the other options that were suggested by outside sources and decided to move forward with the prolo treatment. After three sessions of prolo I feel completely recovered. I am doing all the things I was before my neck injury and will be back to competing in Ironman competition in 6 weeks. I could not have trained or continued my job as a police officer with my neck in the state it was in. I trust Dr. Mulvaney and his experience whole heartedly. There is no reason to live in pain and try and push through that pain on a daily basis when the treatment is so close. Great Dr., easy to talk to to, and completely understanding of getting people back to a high quality of life! thank you Doc!

Dr. Mulvaney is a miracle worker!
I came to Dr. Mulvaney with a torn meniscus in my knee and beginning osteoarthritis -- couldn't walk up stairs without pain and was limping. He suggested LIpogems, which is basically extracting fat tissue from my lower back and injecting it into my knee and surrounding areas. Nearly six months later, I'm almost without pain, go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week and can walk up stairs without pain. I'm really so thankful to Dr. Mulvaney for making me pain-free and helping me put off knee replacement.
What I really appreciate is also his willingness to sit patiently and answer all the questions I throw his way. He is extremely patient, smart and very candid. I would also like to commend his medical assistant, Kamisha, who's wonderful.

After a year of pain I am finally back to 100%!
I suffered a spinal stress fracture from rowing, and after a year of pain despite resting it and physical therapy I went to see Dr. Mulvaney. He did PRP and Prolotherapy and I am now pain-free and ready to start an active lifestyle again! I highly recommend Dr. Mulvaney's unique approach to sports medicine and pain management.

Clear, Concise, Professional
I made an appointment for a stellate ganglion block. I'm generally not a big fan of needles in my neck, but the procedure went flawlessly. Dr. Mulvaney was very knowledgeable about this procedure, and addressed all of my concerns. He explained to me beforehand what to expect and all of the affects of what I would be experiencing before, during, and after. Very professional, Great experience.

Excellent experience from first visit forward; great follow through
Dr. Mulvaney has helped to understand my condition, the proposed treatment, recovery and follow up work. I am now actively healing at a three month point in the recovery process and feeling a significant relief from the symptoms I was experiencing. Best doctor I've ever had.
I don't give such high ratings lightly. Dr. Mulvaney deeply cares about his patients, their diagnoses, treatments, and experiences in his care. I've seen him several times over a few years and in each instance he listened intently, was conscientious during treatment, and even allowed my son in the room during one of my treatments and answered both of our questions in a way we both could understand. I wish every doctor was like Dr. Mulvaney.

Wizard of Self-Healing

I was alerted to this treatment by the 60 Mins news piece. The process for being evaluated and scheduled was seamless. Dr. Mulvaney & his staff were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. They were able to schedule me within a couple weeks. The procedure went flawlessly. Dr. Mulvaney took a significant amount of time to sit with me and talk through the process itself and the intended results behind it. He was sympathetic to my situation and generally wanted to help. Great results!
I was recommended by my physical therapist and came for an evaluation. After that I did some more research and decided to go forward with the prolotherapy. Life Changing Results
