Knee and Shoulder Injuries
Sean is straight forward and doesn't try to "sell" you on a treatment. He understands what an athlete needs to perform and gives you your options in a no nonsense way. I had therapy on my knee and it feels great. No pain and full movement. I highly recommend Sean and ROSM of Annapolis.

Most attentive and caring physician I have ever seen.
Dr Mulvaney is an amazing doctor and I am very pleased with the treatments I have received. He always takes the time to explain the procedures in detail, and follows up with me post visit. I am impressed with his knowledge and bedside manner, and strongly recommend him to anyone seeking regenerative orthopedics.
The office staff are kind and helpful, and the facilities are first class.
As a fitness professional and former competitive athlete, my body is my livelihood, and with Dr Mulvaney's help, I have been able to continue performing at an optimum level.

I have found this therapy very helpful, in a situation that I thought couldn't be helped.
Although the therapies are somewhat painful (all those needles have got to hurt), he made them as tolerable as possible, and I have had very good results, on my knee, hip, and lower back. I had doubts that this could be helpful for someone who is not in the prime of life, my doubts have been erased.

I am so impressed with the stem cell treatment I had 3 months ago. I have always been an active person and prior to the procedure was unable to do the things I loved. I'm now back to my active life. I'm grateful to Dr. Mulvaney.

Excellent experience
Excellent. I came in a little anxious about the procedure. After speaking with Dr. Mulvaney he put me at ease and made sure, on multiple occasions I was comfortable before moving forward. Afterwards he stayed in the room and constantly checked to make sure I was doing fine. Everything went well and I was extremely happy with the final result.

Wouldn't Believe It if It Wasn't Happening to ME
When I walked into Dr. Mulvaney's office, I knew I was about to get the worst news ever - labral tear in my left hip. After my visit, I left with the most positive and upbeat mentality, because I knew beyond doubt that Dr. Mulvaney was invested in my care, in working with me to repair the labral tear, and would take care of me better than family.
All of those initial reactions not only are true, I am healing at a more rapid pace than the average patient who had LipoGems.

Dr. Mulvaney is very professional and truly passionate about getting his patients better.
First time meeting Dr. Mulvaney was refreshing. Coming a similar background, Dr. Mulvaney related to my situation, listened to what I had going on, and was able to give a straight forward assessment on what was needed to be done in order to get healthy.

Cannot recommend enough
I have a complex nerve condition that has puzzled doctors for almost two decades. Dr. Mulvaney was the first doctor to accurately diagnose me and treat me accordingly. Because of him I have hope that I will be pain free. He is a wonderful listener and truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend him enough.

Amazing experience!
I have been in pain for years and have tried a lot of treatments and surgeries to help and it wasn't until I came to Dr. Mulvaney that I finally got some relief. He took the time to listen to me and tailor a solution specifically to address my issues. I have never had a doctor spend an hour with me unless I was under anesthesia! I only wish that I had come to him earlier.

Relief at last!
Dr. Mulvaney performed prolotherapy treatments on one of my knees. For the first time in ages, I am getting full nights of uninterrupted sleep! Other issues with my hips and glutes have disappeared as my knee has improved.
I've been very pleased with Dr. M. He's a total professional. He's been very patient, taken the time to address my many concerns, and I very quickly felt a strong sense of trust building from the first visit on.

a little skeptical about newly suggested treatment, but was pleased with explanation and results
Had foot problems for years, getting worse after surgery,nueroma< Meet Dr Mulvany when seeking other treatment, and he mentioned alternatives to surgery, and I have seen more progress immediately, than in the 2 years of surgery and post surgery healing.

Best in his Field

Best doctor I have ever seen.
Dr. Mulvaney is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. Thanks to his innovative and effective treatments I am able to continue to perform at a high level as an athlete at the age of 46. My knee feels better than it ever has, despite multiple surgeries 30 years ago and a lot of wear and tear.
