The veil is lifted!
I came in today to get this procedure after a lifetime of anxiety and stress. I've been through traditional counseling and tried medications, but I still was "stuck". When the Doctor explained it as being stuck in a loop, that so resonated for me. I needed to hit the reset button, and the shot was the way to do that. The whole experience was calm and relaxing. When it was done and I sat up, I felt a "light-headedness". The doctor explained that there was nothing in the injection that would cause that. It was just the lifting of the veil of stress and anxiety. So g;ad I did this. I highly recommend considering this treatment.

4 months later
I wish all the world with PTSD could experience the immediate and lasting beautiful life I now live after receiving the SGB with Dr. Mulvaney. Every single day is a joy to wake up to. Absolutely not one moment of anxiety since August 26, 2-19. Stress....oh yea.... but how I move through it is a miracle....interestingly, I am now accepting this daily miracle as my new "ordinary".
Though I could receive this same treatment at a nearby surgery center, I drove 10 hrs to meet with Dr. Mulvaney because of his personal commitment to help soldiers with PTSD. In fact, a friend just flew from CA to meet with him and receive SGB knoiwng his commitment to change the lives of PTSD survivors to thriving everyday as though it never happened.

A truly life-changing experience.
What an amazing procedure! My only hope is that people take a chance on this simple procedure that has the potential to relieve unnecessary suffering.
After my procedure, sitting with my body it did not take long to notice a drastic shift. For so long, this body felt like a prison to me. The outside war zone that I had been living in for so long eventually became my internal reality. A reality that I could never escape. Once the block took effect everything slowed down and for the first time in so long, I could breathe. It just felt more comfortable being in my skin, which made the world around me a much more pleasant reality to be a part of.
One of the best parts of my experience was the care that Dr. Mulvaney provided. You can tell that he truly cares about his patients and I told him that he seems more intuitive and wise than any of the psychiatrists I have seen. I am thankful for this man and the work that he has done to help improve the lives of so many that truly deserve it.

Stem Cells for my knee--Pain free!
Great experience for stem cells in my knee.
I'm a flight attendant and was in constant pain until I had this procedure.
Dr Mulvaney spent 45 minutes at the initial consultation.
He explained everything thoroughly.
The procedure went seamlessly.
Very pleased with the whole office staff as well.

The Day My Life Was Saved
I suffered for over 29 years, with PTSD; A life time of misdiagnosis from multiple doctors. I had severe night terrors, irrational thoughts, suicidal tendencies, and all the things, that go along with this debilitating condition. After one visit to Dr. Mulvaney, my entire life changed in a moment. I felt the effects of the procedure immediately. This truly is the day my life was saved. I am forever grateful. I highly recommend anyone suffering with PTSD to consider contacting Dr. Mulvaney. Everyone at is office is one of a kind, wonderful people.

Finding some peace after Afghanistan
After experiencing combat overseas I went through over ten years of struggling through crippling anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, depression, and substance abuse. I discovered the SGB shot at Dr. Mulvaney's office and had the procedure done, today for the 2nd time. The difference in my quality of life was quite profound, I felt at ease, I could relax, I could sleep, spend more time with family and focus on my recovery and staying sober. The procedure itself was actually pretty quick, painless (mild, brief discomfort) and a short period in the office after the shot to gauge effectiveness. It helped save my life when I had almost given up on Veterans Affairs medications and doctors and treatment programs. I feel as though I want to live again, and see how things turn out. I'd recommend this procedure with Dr. Mulvaney and his professional staff to ANY veteran or civilian suffering with PTSD.

SGB Procedure
The most significant procedure/therapy I've ever had done for my diagnosed PTSD. I had an immediate relief of my symptoms. A weight has been lifted and I cannot believe the effects. I highly recommend this procedure for Combat Veterans suffering from PTSD.

Great experience, wish I had heard about Dr. Mulvaney sooner!
I've struggled with the physical symptoms of PTSD for years. While behavioral health, exercise, nutrition, medication, and meditation have a positive impact, it's not always enough for people like me. That's why I considered the stellate ganglion block to reset things. Dr. Mulvaney and his team are exceptional and they get it. From scheduling through the procedure and through planning follow-up, they both listen and explain, they're patient, and they keep everything simple. I literally felt some relief within an hour of the procedure. If you're on the fence, let me be the one to encourage you to follow through and see Dr. Mulvaney.

Dropped the "weight" moving forward.
Dr. Mulvaney is the real deal. No frills, and straightforward. I appreciated his expertise and not adding in a bunch of extra fluff in order to get the SGB procedure done. I was amazed at how effective his methods are and look forward to experiencing life without "the weight"

Prolotherapy/PRP injection helped me walk again
I had a severe tear in a tendon in my ankle/foot that was causing extreme pain when walking. I also had a moderate tear in my hip. I did not want to have a surgery and met with Dr. Mulvaney to discuss other options. After prolotherapy and a PRP injection, I was able to walk and enjoy our vacation.

Fixed my hip with prolotherapy
I went to 3 months of physical therapy, yet i could hardly walk. However after 3 treatments with Dr Mulvaney, my hip is pain free with exercise.

Dr. Mulvaney took the time to explain step by step the procedure. He answered my questions thoroughly, and I never felt pressured or rushed through the process. Dr. Mulvaney was very knowledgeable with clear explanations and took to the time to listen to the patient. I would recommend his practice for anyone needing treatment.

Skeptical at first, but feeling is believing
I entered this experience quite skeptical. My primary physician wanted to prescribe me a boat load of prescriptions for my conditions (anxiety, bipolar, depression, PTSD). I wanted to avoid all the pills so after some research i stumbled on Dr Sean Mulvaney's SGB procedure. As a last ditch effort i decided to go through with it, and I'm certainly glad i did. The constant negative "background noise" in my life was gone almost instantly. I highly recommend this procedure for anyone seeking relief who wants to avoid the "daily prescription" route. Best part about it all? No side effects! Thank you Dr Sean Mulvaney, Me and my family deeply thank you for the help!!

Peace after 28 years, I can't believe it!
I have been struggling with anxiety and PTSD since I was a teenager. Being the victim of traumatic abuse as a child left me in a chronic fight or flight situation. After hearing about Dr. Mulvaney via a podcast, I knew I needed to have the SGB procedure. I am an orthodontist who, after 7 years of practicing, had to stop due to severe panic attacks and anxiety. I was nervous about the injection, but knew it was exactly what I needed. It could not have gone any smoother or more successfully! The only pain I felt was a slight pinch when he numbed the area of the injection. I began to feel the most incredible peace and calm as soon as he began administering the anesthetic to my stellate ganglion. I can not remember ever feeling this calm in my life. Ever. I finally feel peace. I finally feel free of the anxiety and fear and panic that has gripped me so tightly for so many years, 28 years to be exact. I am amazed at this procedure and can't wait to tell people all about it.

Stellate Ganglion Block
Dr. Mulvaney and his associates did an excellent job of explaining the procedure, how it works, and what to expect during every step.. Once the procedure started, he continued to explain exactly what was going on, and it was extremely consistent with his earlier explanations.
The procedure itself was brief with no significant discomfort. During the brief observation period after the procedure, I felt total relief from the noise in my head that is otherwise ever present. I have tried numerous other treatments, but have never experienced the immediate benefit that I experienced with SGB.
Dr. Mulvaney is obviously a highly competent doctor and as importantly, a fine gentleman. My visit with him was a wonderful experience.

Amazing!
A pinched nerve in my neck was sending massive pain down my right arm and stopping me from sleeping more than 15 minutes at a time. After seeing Dr. Mulvaney just once for Prolotherapy I saw noticeable improvement and was pain free by the second treatment.

I got my life back.
I had a plan to end what felt like an excruciating existence of bottomless anxiety. The procedure was easier than a dental cleaning, the relief almost immediately noticeable to my husband. His words were that I stopped saying on an hourly basis, "I can't take anymore, something has to change, now". I am forever grateful to Dr. Mulvaney's expertise and skill for the lifting of years enduring white knuckle, debilitating anxiety. The hope I now have is amazing. I wish this treatment for everyone who suffers from PTSD.

sgb injection
I honesty from the bottom of my heart can not thank Dr. Mulvaney and his staff enough for what I experienced today with my sgb injection. For the first time in years I feel clear headed and like I'm able to breath it is truly something I didn't know if I'd ever feel again. I'm so thankful that I came in today and did this I feel like a new man.

Life Changing Procedure
I can't possibly explain how good I feel following this procedure. I don't remember feeling this good, or what it was like to feel normal. I feel normal, and that feels wonderful. I feel like the old me. I wish I would have had this procedure years ago!

PTSD symptom abatement holding well!!! Nighrmares, general anxiety, panic, general malaise still almost non existent in comparison to pre SGB treatment.

Do Not Look Anywhere Else
Dr. Sean Mulvaney, and staff made my son and I part of the team as soon as we walked into the door. My visit and treatment here was truly amazing. Fellow Veterans who suffer from our famous illness PTSD, do not waste your time looking for a miracle somewhere else. I came into Dr. Mulvaneys office a complete mess and in tears and I am walking away within 30 minutes feeling like a calm and confident man again. I can not explain it with the correct words, however I have suffered and lost a lot over the years and I am leaving with a sense of calm that i have not felt before. Veterans do not just think about it, Call Dr. Mulvaney's office there staff will help you every step of way. Thank you so much

Dr. Mulvaney is an answer to prayer!!!
We are so blessed to have found Dr. Mulvaney. He is great at what he does and gives you feedback throughout the entire process. My husband and I both had the stellate ganglion block done. My husband has PTSD and I have anxiety. We came all the way from Arkansas to get this done. I didn't even have an appointment and Dr. Mulvaney worked me in right after he did my husband. What a blessing! We are extremely happy with our time at his office and would definitely recommend him to anyone. My husband felt relief and calmness very quickly. I felt calm as well, but I don't have PTSD so my outcome is a little bit different. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in the future for me. We both felt very at ease the entire time. His staff is great as well. If anyone is even considering getting this done, Dr. Mulvaney is the one to go and see.

Absolutely satisfied
I came in for the SGB shot for severe PTSD. I was very nervous as my anxiety has been very high. He explained everything to me and took his time answering all of my questions. He calmed my worries and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable with and during the procedure. I feel like a new person walking out of his office. I recommend the SGB shot and I highly recommend this doctor.

Finding someone to treat how I feel and understand without me saying anything
Dr Mulvaney explained to me exactly how I was feeling and understood it from the military mindset and it made me feel normal. The experience here was comforting and enjoyable, I felt like I was with friends and people who cared. The entire office was amazing!! I feel light on my feet and like I have woken from a good sleep after a massage. I am so glad Dr. Mulvaney has made this easily available and brings this to vets! So glad I found this!

we all deserve to feel better.
I have suffered from extreme survivors guilt, having lost a teammate, while providing medical care. For years I doubted my actions, thoughts, and struggled with his passing. War is demanding and many of us have fought with all our strengths (physically-mentally). This has taken its toll, and changed my life, I became a non-present being, that stared through people while the "chatter of chaos" echoed in my head. I was not present.
The "chatter of chaos" dissipated with the skillful hands and knowledge of Dr. Mulvaney. He is a true healer, believe in his gift and allow yourself to be alive again

Amazing, Life changing
When i walked in the door, i had my doubts,didnt think nothing could help me, contemplating suicide daily. after the injection, my life changed back to great, my old self. So Glad I Did This
The procedure performed on my lower back changed the quality of my life significantly. Having suffered from severe, low back pain for so long, I had almost given up hope. This procedure had an immediate, positive effect on my back. I was absolutely amazed with how quick the impact came. I was also amazed by the improvement and effect on my ability to move effortlessly. My only regret is that I didn't do this procedure 15 years earlier; I can't get those years back. Today I am significantly improved and have been able to not only have hope, but a have a have quality of life and to enjoy things again. I am so absolutely glad I did this. It has truly made a difference in the quality of my life and general disposition. If you're suffering with severe low back pain, do yourself a huge favor, do this procedure.

I haven't felt this good in 16 years.
I received a SGB from Dr. Mulvaney for PTSD. It was the easiest medical procedure I've ever experienced. He was very informative and talked me through each step of the process. I felt safe and comfortable and had a good understanding of what to expect through out the procedure. I can't believe this isn't being talked about more. I seriously haven't felt this good in ages. I would highly recommend Dr. Mulvaney to anyone looking for the SGB treatment of PTSD.

Immediate results!!!!
After suffering from PTSD for 58 years, I finally feel the physical relief I have longed for after so much debilitating. I feel like the weight of the world has finally been take off my shoulders.

Wish I would have known about this sooner
Dr. Mulvaney's staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgable! Dr. Mulvaney was professional, courteous, and spent the time needed with us. The SGB treatment was amazing and truly worked with me. I wish I had known about this procedure and Dr. Mulvaney's practice along time ago. I most definitely recommend his office adn the SGB procedure for PTSD.
