Simply the best out there!
Dr. Mulvaney was extremely pleasant and kind during our interactions. He provided information, answered my questions, and provided excellent service. His staff provided a welcoming and seamless experience from initial contact to out patient procedure. Dr. Mulvaney and his staff were great at constant communication and follow-up. I've suffered from PTS for over 12 years. I flew from Dallas, TX to Annapolis, MD to get a SGB from Dr. Sean Mulvaney based upon his experience and thought leadership in this field. The care I received from Dr. Mulvaney and his team was best in class and actually works! The procedure was fast, painless and the effects are noticeable instantly. My experience with the SGB and ROSM was outstanding and I highly recommend that if you or somebody you know is struggling with PTS, they should reach out to ROSM and get the help they need.

Life changing solution
I came in ROSM after watching Dakota Meyer on a podcast. I needed a solution for my PTSD and found it with the SGB shot. Dr. Mulvaney goes through the process in great detail before the shot to ensure all questions are answered. It is a fast, easy process that has changed my life for the best.

Life Changing
After dealing with PTSD for years, my research led me to Dr. Mulvaney. Upon arrival, our experience was top notch. Dr. Mulvaney was very open and explained everything in detail prior to the procedure. The procedure was quick and easy. Dr. Mulvaney followed up with us the next day himself. I feel calm for the first time since I was a young child. The overwhelming racing thoughts are quiet. This experience has truly been life changing.

The SGB procedure gives a new meaning to life for me
I received the SGB in August 2019. That same afternoon and into the night, I visited Washington D.C. with my wife. Went walked until we couldn't, taking in all of the sights. I went sailing in the Bay the following day. I wouldn't consider being in public places much less sailing on a 80 foot ship. I had a new outlook on life. I was doing much better with day to day tasks, work, finishing projects that have taken years and most importantly redeveloping my relationships with my grown children. I was able to stop taking five prescriptions and started volunteering with two non profit organizations working and evaluating therapy dogs. I continued my weekly sessions with my therapist and tried EMDR with a light bar on three occasions. It is therapist's belief this was a mistake and it caused me to show signs of triggered episodes and my quality of life started to be negative again. That is why I have driven from Tennessee to Maryland for a second procedure.

Very confident in Dr. Mulvaney
Dr. Mulvaney gently and confidently explained the procedure to my daughter (16 yrs old). She and I were able to watch him as he worked which was fascinating. He checked in with her frequently to make sure she was OK and allow her to feel in control. I'm looking forward to very good results. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Mulvaney for any traumatic-related symptoms.

Calm, Reassuring, Caring, Understanding, Professional
I have been suffering from PSTD for over a year and unable to function out in the field as a firefigther/paramedic. I wasn't responding well to medications and we just kept increasing my dosage and therapy was very hard. I heard about Dr. Mulvaney and the stellate ganglion block and I wanted to give it a try since I was unable to control my hypervigilance.
After the procedure, for the first time in years I feel calm and peaceful. It is like I have my original self back. It's amazing. Dr. Mulvaney explained everything he was doing and why. He is very experienced and professional. The procedure was relaxing. I was very worried I would be startled by something and jump during the procedure. Dr. Mulvaney was able to keep me calm and distracted to the point where I was laughing during the procedure. It has been an incredible experience to feel peaceful again and I wish I had known about this years ago. Thank you.

I found hope at Dr Mulvaney's office
My experience treating with Dr Mulvaney was a life changer and life saver. I was rear ended in a car accident and was suffering from a severe concussion and ptsd. I am so grateful for the treatment with Dr Mulvaney, it really saved my life. I was suffering so much from the accident injuries and for the first time in my life had lost the will to live and could no longer find hope for the future. Dr Mulvaney was wonderful about spending time with me before, during and after my procedure. He made me feel very safe and was very kind and calming during and after the procedure. The procedure is almost painless. Having blood drawn is ten times more painful. After the procedure I was able to get immediate relief from many of my symptoms and found hope again that I could have a normal life. I would highly encourage anyone who is suffering and looking for relief and help to see Dr Mulvaney. He really is wonderful and a life saver!!! -SH

A definite answer to my PTSD aggravating issues and a definite treatment to improve the overall quality of my life from this point on.
Dr. Mulvaney was informative, attentive, knowledgeable, and had a fantastic bedside manner. He reduced all my fears about the procedure and the outcome. I feel like I finally have relief from years of PTSD torment. All of the listed rating factors were a definite 5. My PTSD was a result of a 30 year career in law enforcement, state and federal. During the course of my career, I was shot and experienced numerous life and death situations, decisions. I saw many others die or be severely injured. Different situations would trigger flashbacks, a startled response and nightmares. I mainly had anger issues and rage where my stress level would go from 0 to 10 in a few seconds. With my first injection, I felt better, but I felt that my right side of my brain was calm and the left side of my brain was still raging. The tinnitus in my right ear went away immediately. After the second shot, the tinnitus in my left ear gradually went away. My left side of my brain is calm now.

I feel like the person I knew before
I feel like myself again. I was hesitant to reach out to ROSM for help. I was not sure if my struggles would be addressed with an SGB. I have never had a formal diagnosis of PTSD, Panic Disorder, or anxiety. I even felt a little uncertain about the connection here given I have no military or occupational reason to have developed a problem. However, I did experience fear, tension, and borderline panic on a daily basis.
Dr. Mulvaney was nothing short of a 1st class pro in walking through the procedure. I felt comfortable the through the entire process and found relief quickly.

Great Recovery Post Procedure
I have experience a great difficulty of pain in both knees and my left hip. After plasma injections and stem cell procedures,I have very slight pain and am able to move freely. This was a great decision to go the regenerative approach. I am loving the recovery time - one month out!

Dr. Mulvaney and his staff are my heros!
My experience with Dr. Mulvaney is something I will never forget. His willingness to take the time to talk me through the process made it easy. I can say that the day I received the injection is the day that I became calm again, it has been many years since I felt this much peace.
I would recommend his approach and procedure to anyone who is struggling with any kind of anxiety holding them back from living a life they want.

Best regenerative med physician in the DMV aresa
I came to Dr. Mulvaney by recommendation for treatment of significant knee trauma (torn tissue, damaged bone, arthritis). As a marathoner and endurance athlete, Dr. Mulvaney provided a detailed clinical treatment plan including hemoglobin, PRP and stem cell transplant. Three months ago when I first started treatment with Dr. Mulvaney, I was unable to walk without support from crutches. Since then, I have virtually no pain in my knee, walk unaided and am getting back to sports ranging from cycling to swimming to running. Dr. Mulvaney possesses an exceptional level of scientific and clinical knowledge, as well as a willingness to give generously of his time when patients have questions or desire further information. My initial left knee treatment was so effective, I am continuing with right knee intervention. Trustworthy and compassionate care for a guy that needed help...
My experience with Dr. Mulvaney and his staff was outstanding everything from front desk administrative side of things, to the pre-op, the procedure, and the follow up care was top notch. The atmosphere provided is calm, professional and most of all personal. Dr. Mulvaney is a healer, and secondary a great listener. These attributes allow for the most accurate and complete level of care. This was my 2nd time for a SGB treatment, Dr. Mulvaney took time to review my previous symptoms and the response I had, he then utilized this information to professionally adjust my 2nd treatment. It was apparent that he and his staff, take the time to truly treat each patient as an individual and alter the treatment for the specific patient's needs. Easy and painless experience! Dr. Mulvaney and team really care
Dr. Mulvaney and the staff are all friendly and make you feel like you are the only patient. As a recently retired Army soldier with combat deployments I have suffered for years with PTSD, anxiety and depression. The best place for getting back to 100%.
My experience with Dr. Mulvaney has been incredible. As a lifelong high level competitive athlete, I have had many injuries and nagging pains in the last few years. I have battled two patellar tendon tears and two labrum tears in each shoulder. By working with Dr. Mulvaney, I have recovered from both shoulder and knee injuries to the point where I can return to Olympic weightlifting at a national level. He took time during each visit to make sure I understood the process of treatment and recovery. There was genuine interest in my well-being and I never felt like just another number. I have highly recommended him to all my friends that want treatment from a doctor that is continually working to improve his craft by studying the latest research rather than just settling on what he's experienced. SGB Block
After researching this procedure, I decided to fly up from the Tampa area to have it performed by Dr. Mulvaney. He and his staff could not have been more clear or concise on explaining and carrying out the task. It is virtually painless and fast, maybe 5 minutes. I felt an instant feeling of calmness and relaxation post procedure. Another benefit was the relief of muscle tension in my neck and shoulders which I had been battling for weeks with massage etc...with little relief. I highly recommend Dr. Mulvaney and his staff. Thankful
My experience was great. Dr. Mulvaney explains everything as he is doing it, putting you totally at ease with. I came to him with extreme anxiety, alertness and depression. I was feeling lost and drowning. After the shot I felt great, but crashed a few months later. I went back for a second shot and am feeling great again. I'm thankful for Dr. Mulvaney for helping me take my life back.

Bikers knees
I am an cyclist that puts on an average of 5000 miles a year and I have been doing it for many years now. I have experienced knee pain for quite a while and no matter who I saw or what I tried it would not go away. I started treatments with Dr. Mulvaney several months ago and felt improvement almost immediately. Dr. Mulvaney used prolotheraphy to treat both of my knees. Now that I have completed the treatments coming out of the saddle for an epic climb on the Blue Ridge Parkway does not scare me anymore. That pain that I experienced has gone away. I am back in the saddle again.

Turn your Fight or Flight off
I've been dealing with an overactive fight or flight for nearly 10 years. I had never considered I have PTSD, but after seeing the 60 minutes with Dr Mulvaney about the SGB I knew right away that this is what I have and I sought treatment immediately. Sitting now in the office after the procedure I feel light and stress free, my whole body has just slowed down. I'm excited to feel the anticipated benefits in the days to come. If your considering this I wouldn't hesitate to give it a shot.

Life Changing
I contacted Dr. Mulvaneys office for a consult for SGB. After finding out this was a viable treatment plan his office helped me contact non-profit organizations to help me pay for the procedure as I am a 100% disabled veteran. I was able to get a timely appointment. Dr. Mulvaney met with me, explained the procedure in depth so I knew exactly what was happening. I felt comfortable for being at a doctors office. After the injection the procedure worked and I couldn't explain it with words. No pain was involved and it wasn't intrusive. This is the most life changing and positive experience i have ever had after years of suffering. I trust Dr. Mulvaney and if need be with another SGB treatment will only come back to him. I would not choose any other doctor.

An immediate life changing experience
I am a former fireman and medic of 10 years as well as severe childhood abuse victim. I spent years many years in therapy twice per week and time with inpatient clinics. Nothing was making a dent in my Severe PTSD symptoms. Dr. Mulvaney is an incredibly caring person. You can see he is passionate about helping. He explains everything in detail. The procedure is was painless and fast. In minutes, I was washed over with this warm sensation and all of the muscles in my body felt very relaxed. The tightness and anxiety in my chest went away. The feeling of panic and worry and obsession like being late for a meeting in rush hour traffic rushing to the airport that I always dealt with is gone. I felt like I was suddenly relaxing with nothing to do and all worry was gone. It was as if I had a spa treatment for hours. I haven't slept in years and caught myself napping in the office after. PRP of Knee - Great Experience
From the first visit assessment he was specific, and right to the point. It made for a swift process every visit from diagnosis, to procedure to follow up visits. I really appreciate how Dr. Mulvaney met me where I was at and listened and was understanding. The prp procedure was easier than I anticipated. He talked with me through the whole process and the injections were quick and I left the office with no questions in how to recover.
The staff he has in the office was great too, I enjoyed working with them!

I could not do a simple child pose in yoga before treatment.
I was researching Dr.'s for a knee replacement when I was given Dr. Mulvaney's name. I was desperate for a non surgical solution, and PRP gave me that!!!! My knee has not felt this good in years.

LIFE CHANGING
After 15 years of constant anxiety, worrying, flashbacks, heaviness, inability... I have my life back!! My husband played the Joe Rogan podcast for me and I listened to Dakota Myers explain his symptoms. Everything he said resonated with me. I knew listening to his story that I didn't care how much it would cost or how far I had to go that I would get this treatment done. Immediately it felt like a million pounds were pulled off of my shoulders. I am giggling typing this review because I haven't felt this good in over 15 years!! I feel calm. I feel light. A True Life Changing Experience
My PTSD experiences began in childhood, then with EMS and citizen advocacy, life devolved into a living hell.
Never getting a full breath, weight on the shoulders, never waking feeling refreshed, lack of focus, hyper-thinking often on the negative, self isolation, bitterness, anger, anxiety, depression, and evolving thoughts rationalizing suicide had become my normal.
Seeing Dr. Mulvaney on 60 Minutes with the SGB for PTSD, was incredible. Months later, here I am. There were times I did not think I would survive to this moment. And now? I feel peace! What an incredible Dr., staff, and treatment. Looking forward to my new life. Thank you, Dr. Mulvaney and Team!

I finally feel like I can breath again!
Dr. Mulvaney is an incredible physician. I came to him for help with my PTSD. I served 23 years during which I served as a patrol officer, tactical and hostage resue team member and 17 years as Commander of a Major Crimes Task Force. Other people were noticing the difference in me before I did. I no longer laughed or joked around. I would be provoked to anger and violence to the point that my family was even on edge in fear not of what I might do to them but of what I might do to myself or others. Depression , anxiety, constant memories of the things I had seen and done. I could never keep the memories of the most horrific crime scenes out of my waking hours or my sleep. I tried therapy, ketamine and medication and all failed. Dr. Mulvaney is an incredible physician. Within 15 minites I finally felt like a weight had been lifted off me. Dr Mulvaney gave me my life back!

Stellate Ganglion Block for PTSD
Dr. Mulvaney has changed our lives. My husband who is a combat veteran had the SGB shot on October 21, 2019. He was on 13 different medications through the VA and was very suicidal. It all has changed. He is a different person. He isn't suicidal, he isn't on any medication and he is HAPPY. He can go into public places without anxiety, he looks forward to going to work, his memory has improved and he doesn't trip over his words any longer. Everyone here is very professional but also very kind. You know Dr Mulvaney and his staff truly care about you and you are not a number.

life changing procedure, suicide is out of the question, i'm happy
before this life changing procedure, i was very suicidal, i had a plan. was only sleeping 3 to 4 hrs a night, taking 13 different meds, did not want to be around anyone, inc my wife and kids. all i wanted to do is fake being happy at work and get home and drink till i passes out, by myself. its been 3 months since my shot, suicide is off the table, sounds stupid now. i'm no longer on any meds, sleeping 7 to 8 hrs a night. one of the meds was high blood pressure, its perfect now!! i feel like a new person (before iraq) and i owe my life to Dr Mulvaney and my beautiful wife that made this happen.

Awesome Experience - Excellent Results
Dr. Sean and his tool box finally made running not painful. Prolo- Therapy followed by A2M and I am running and skiing again without pain in my knee. I absolutely recommend regenerative techniques over surgical techniques as the time to heal and get back on with life is so much shorter and the results are awesome.
