Beyond any expectation I could have imagined.
This is my second SGB Treatment. After the first, I noticed immediately being able to sleep more soundly and longer. Until then, I functioned on little to no sleep. Doctor Mulvaney has given me a second lease on normal life.

Easy, clear process, effective, and definitely worth it.
I am an active duty service member and have worked with Dr. Mulvaney since 2016. He has treated my arm (permanent plate) with hydro-dissection and my anxiety/stress with a SGB. My first SGB was in 2016 and lasted for several years. This procedure is like no other and provides instant and measurable results. Its simple and safe and I consistently talk to other military individuals about this procedure. If you are on the fence, do it! You won't regret it. When I found out Dr. Mulvaney had a private practice, I instantly booked an appointment for a SGB. Do you research, the science backs this procedure and it's not invasive so there is little risk. Furthermore, if you are still on the fence, call the office; Dr. Mulvaney will take the time to talk and explain the procedure and answer any questions you have.

Doc Mulvaney completely blew my expectations out of the water.
After 20 years in the teams, with multiple TBIs and a whole host of other physical/psychological ailments, I had nearly given up on treatment options. I had become accustom to just embracing the suck. I found Doc Mulvaney through the SEAL Future Foundation and took the opportunity to come out and see him for a nerve block.
The entire staff at ROSM were amazing and the whole experience blew my expectations out of the water. Doc Mulvaney took the time to listen to all of my concerns and he addressed them all one by one. The procedure was quick and painless, with an explanation from the doctor at every step of the way. The results were near immediate and I look forward to seeing the impact that this will have on my sleep, personal, life, and my interaction with my family.

Incredible experience
Dr. Mulvaney was amazing to work with from the moment you walk through the door. I spent about a year researching this treatment and going back and forth on weather or not I should get it and I have to say I wish I did not wait as long as I did. He explained everything to me in great detail and was incredibly honest through the entire process. Highly recommended

AMAZING!!!!!!!
I am 1 hour post injection and i have not felt this good in 20 years. I wish i had known about this years ago. If you suffer from PTSD don't think about getting the injection, DO IT!!!!

Dr. Mulvaney and staff were awesome. I cannot believe the relief and wave of emotions i had with the sgb injection.My mind is so at ease . For once in a long time i feel NORMAL. Thank you for this gift of a new lifetime . SEMPER FI ! Thanks for helping my fellow marines get their life back!

For the first time in nearly 2 decades, I feel relaxed.
Dr. Mulvaney is a ROCK STAR!! Can't say enough good about him. He understands PTSD, especially for those of us still looking at life through a lens that is blurred by the fog of war. A great weight has been lifted.

Life changing!
I am the wife of a combat veteran with PTSD. The SGB allows him to feel relief from his panic and anxiety. It has given him a new lease on life and allows us to enjoy things in the world that most couples can do without panic and anxiety, Thank God for this shot!

I had my injection 6 weeks ago and it was a turning point for me.
Dr Mulvaney was extremely reassuring and open to all of my questions and concerns. I have never had a doctor listen as well and be willing to spend time with me. Nothing felt rushed. The injection process was smooth as well. I am more than satisfied.

Dr. M created a safe and comforting experience
Dr. M was present and comforting throughout the procedure. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He described what was going on in real time and was reassuring throughout. I am excited to see how the reset unfolds over the coming weeks. Feels good now!

Life Changing Procedure
It was happenstance that we stumbled upon Dr. Mulvaney and the SGB treatment. We traveled halfway across the country to meet him and go forward with the treatment, hoping that it would alleviate some, if not all of the effects of the PTSD my husband suffered from since we had heard so many positive stories related to the SGB treatment. From the spouses stand point and the optics that I see, I can tell you that there has been nothing that has been as beneficial as these treatments. The outcome of the treatment is immediate and for my husband and our familys quality of life there is absolutely nothing that I can compare this treatment too. We have been back for a few treatments since our first visit and everytime I am astounded by the continued knowledge, care and concern shown by Dr. Mulvaney and his staff. It has been completely life changing for not only my husband but also for our family. It is a huge relief to know that there is a treatment out there that can truly help.

Not Surgery!!
Traditional medicine recommended shoulder replacement! I opted for a natural procedure so my body could heal itself. Dr. Mulvaney's stem cell treatment has been a huge success for me! My pain in my shoulder is non-existent now. I am so grateful for alternative medicine.

This experience was personal. You could tell they really care and are truly passionate about what they are doing.
My experience was truly amazing! Dr. Mulvaney talked to me through the entire procedure and explained each way of the process. This took all the anxiety out of the procedure, and it was absolutely painless. Dr. Mulvaney is second to none. If you are struggling with PTS, TBI, or any other issues resulting from a traumatic event, then do not waste your time or money with other centers, and come see the guys who truly care and want to make sure every part of the way is top notch.

Life Changing!
Fantastic experience! Painless and immediate relief. Dr. Mulvaney is an amazing doctor and healer. Highly recommend SGB (stellate ganglion block) for relief of PTSD. Drs. Mulvaney and Lynch are the Gold Standard, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are absolutely the best.

Life changing feeling
Having dealt with PTSD for a number of years following my military service and feeling the guilt that carries with it, I felt a major shift and calmness unlike anything I've felt before. I am thankful to have found the SGB procedure and recommend it to any one dealing with PTSD and anxiety!

Very casual, informative, and educational
Provider was very relaxing and informative, made you feel secure and procedure was educational allowing me to see what was happening at the same time. I have had the procedure previously done with sedation and formality at another location in New York and it was not as well executed as it was here with this provider. Hopefully this 3rd time is my charm.

Best Health Decision made for myself
Dr. Mulvaney did a great job going over the options for my knee and explained everything fully. Having the PRP treatment for my torn mensicus was the best health decision I have made for myself. Knowing there are nonsurgical options and manageable recovery time has improved not only my movement but my quality of life. I have more energy and am more active that I've lost 20 pounds and my knee is only getting better. Thank you Dr. M!

I'm blown away by the lack of anxiety
Been dealing with PTSD for over 10 years and tried many things to help. Like many, I self medicated and one of the 1st things I noticed was the lack of desire or even the thought of numbing my brain/emotions which always felt like they were on fire.
The profound absence of "impending - fill in the blank - bad thing" was so intense I cried. I thought I cant even recall how longs its been since I didn't feel, dread, panic, worry, fear etc.. Just gone. Amazing and I'm looking forward to living my life again without the cloud over my head 24/7. Thanks ROSM & Dr Mulvaney

dramatic improvement in quality of life
Dr Mulvaney is the rare doctor that spends time with his patient, eager to listen and really understand how they are doing. It shouldn't be a remarkable thing but it is. I hope that more people learn about the SGB procedure and how effective it can be in addressing treatment-resistant PTSD. I truly feel like this has dramatically improved the day-to-day quality of my life and my ability to be present for my child and husband.

My experience was inspiring and eye-opening because I came to realize that PTSD/PTSI isn't a life sentence.
Dr. Mulvaney is extremely kind, attentive and generous. He made took the time to explain the entire process and put my mind at ease. He is an excellent listener and spent as much time with me as was necessary. He is a bright light.

Hands Down - Dr. M is the BEST of the Best
Hands Down - Dr. M is the BEST of the Best.
Dr. M sincerely cares about the before, during and after of his patients healing process. This is demonstrated by his actions. This is demonstrated by the time he takes to sit with myself, and every other patient.
Dr. Mulvaney is what healthcare IS NOT anymore. There is not "time clock" when I come in to see him. He literally takes the time to ask, and when he listens to the answers, he HEARS them.
Most healthcare these days in the US is NOT like this. Finding Dr. M - simply put - saved my life. Literally.
Thank you for helping me through this journey. I wouldn't be here without you.

Like taking your kit off after a long mission....
This provider was fantastic, not only is he a veteran, he is very clear about everything that goes on during the procedure. He really listens to you when you talk. I would recommend this procedure to every veteran I know. Great doctor and a fantastic experience.

Significant Improvement In 2 Days
SGB injections are nearly painless, and results are realized in as soon as 20-30 minutes. This is something that should be considered by anyone who has used the mainstream treatment modalities with little, or no improvement of their symptoms. I slept without chemical assistance for the first time in years, and enjoyed more than 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. For the improved quality of sleep alone, it was well worth it. But that is not the only benefit. I feel relaxed, less agitated, and much more like the laid back, and easy going person I used to be.

Incredible experience and transformative results

Why is this a secret??
Seeing Dr. Mulvaney was one of the best decisions I have ever made, I only wish I would have known about this treatment and him earlier. If you are on the fence about doing this, please just make an appointment to see him. After serving 25 years in the Army and dealing with issues on my own I found Dr Mulvaney by luck. He changed my life in one afternoon and I highly recommend him to any veteran or anyone dealing with issues you just wish you could get out of your head. Just do it, see him and you will not regret it in my opinion.

Highly recommend Dr. Mulvaney!
I am an Oncology Nurse struggling with work-related PTSD. Dr Mulvaney was very patient, thoughough and attentive. He made me feel as though I was his most important-and only- patient. The procedure was clearly explained step-by-step and Dr Mulvaney stayed with me for the first few minutes following the procedure, and then checked in on me himself several times following it to ensure I was doing well. He is amazing at what he does, has a true passion for freeing his patients from the bonds of PTSD.

Had great results with PRP for sprained ankle. Had improvement with balance, strength, and reduction in pain levels. Dr. Mulvaney is compassionate, listens, and is very skilled at what he does.

Incredibly valuable

Stop waiting and do this
After years of meds, counseling, rehabs etc, having this procedure done is the only thing that has worked. I have had 3 SGB's done over the past two years. It's easy, fast and it works. Dr. Mulvaney works with you, explains everything and genuinely cares and wants you to get better.
