Overall it was a life-changing procedure that I'm very thankful for.

Enlightening experience with unreal outcomes

A worthwhile trip to practically erase PTSD/GAD Symptoms.
I flew from California to receive an SGB from Dr Mulvaney. Planning the trip and booking the appointment was relatively easy. Kim, the receptionist/ office manager, was incredibly helpful and accomodating. She made sure I was booked, and followed up with emails and texts.
When I arrived for my shot, a Medical Assistant got me set up, and Dr Mulvaney came in just a few minutes after. He sat and explained the procedure to me very thoroughly, covering any questions or concerns I may have had. He's very easy to talk to, especially if you're military/ veteran.
The procedure took about 8 minutes total, and the recovery time was about 45 minutes. I began to feel a lightness after about 10 minutes after the injection, and within 20 minutes I felt completely different. It was a bit overwhelming, so I actually felt a little dizzy and sick. I returned to my hotel room to let the physical side effects (Horners Response) wear off, and by that time I was able to ease into the feelings.

My mind is not on anything, no problems just zen. Seriously can't even describe the feeling except a weight has been lifted off. Doc Mulvaney is the best!

This procedure gave me my life back.
I had a great experience with Dr. Mulvaney and his staff. The procedure was quick, easy, well explained, and effective.
Three months after having the procedure I went from a PCL score of 51, to a PCL score of 4.
My GAD score went from 17, to a score of 4.
This has helped me to be one of the top performers at work, reconnect with friends and family I have isolated from, and enjoy my time off actually doing things that interest me instead of spending all my time 'resting' and 'recuperating' from the overwhelming effort it took just to get out of bed and earn a living.
I now have my energy and focus to problem solve and plan for my future instead of getting by day by day.

Excellent
Dr, Mulvaney is a truly professional surgeon with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Over several years, I had multiple procedures, treatments, and physical therapy with other doctors with little success prior to switching to Dr. Mulvaney. From the first visit with him, I felt at ease in his office as we discussed my issues. He took the time to listen attentively an come up with a treatment plan that he explained clearly to me. The outpatient surgical work he did on me was top notch and he even followed up afterwards with a couple of phone calls to check in on me and my foots progress. Dr. Mulvaney cares about his patients and their health. He is very experienced in his specialty--that was key to my recovery and ability to use my foot again. 64 PCL-5 score to 25 in one year.
I am so happy that even during Covid my score has maintained such a low number. This is the best decision I have ever made for myself. Best money I have ever spent. I really hope that anyone struggling would take the next step and contact Dr. Sean Mullvaney's office right away.
Dr. Sean Mullvaney walks you through everything. He makes you feel safe and secure during the procedure. You can depend on him to make it a painless and wonderful experience. You get to relax for about 30 minutes after the procedure and feel the effects take on. After that, look forward to manageable emotions compared to the unmanageable ones before.

Immediate and long-term improvement of PTSD and GAD symptoms.
I came to see Dr. Mulvaney over a year ago seeking any improvement for my PTSD. I didn't think things could get better, but I was willing to try SGB. Dr. Mulvaney and his staff were very kind and informative throughout the whole process. As soon as my first injection was completed I felt lighter and as time went on I barely noticed my triggers anymore. After eight months I began to feel my symptoms reoccur, but nothing like how they were before the first SGB treatment. I went back for some relief and my anxiety immediately disapated. I know I did the right thing by coming here for SGB treatment and I feel hopeful that I can live peacefully for a long time.

Amazing - it feels like actual weights have been lifted from my shoulders.
I read about Dr. Mulvaney, his military background, and his experience with the SGB procedure a lot before deciding to come in. None of that prepared me for the experience that I had with him at ROSM. He is an incredibly kind, compassionate person in addition to being an excellent doctor. He made everything so easy and literally painless that as I type this less than an hour after the procedure I can't believe it. I wish I had done this sooner.

Life Changing
I was 1st diagnosed with PTSD about 45 years ago, I have had every type of medication, hypnosis & acupuncture, I was even hospitalized. I was so afraid of people that I couldn't leave my house; I finally gave up & quit fighting it, I had fear-induced pain that paralyzed me. Three days ago, I had Dr. Mulvaney's SGB treatment, today I am pain free, I slept peacefully for the first time in years, instead of being afraid of people, I want to meet everyone I see, I enthusiastically greet strangers. I ate at a breakfast counter & joined the conversation; I've never done that before. Instead of seeing enemies everywhere, I see potential friends.
Fear has been my lifetime companion, today I am not afraid. Today, I woke up smiling looking forward to what adventures today would bring instead of dragging myself through another dreary day.
Dr. Mulvaney made the experience very easy, he let me be me. He didn't make me feel like I had to live up to expectations.

I feel like a new person
I have suffered from acute symptoms of PTSD for most of my life, I was diagnosed almost 50 years ago, the symptoms have worsened to the point that I gave up on ever being able to meet goals I set for myself, I became a hermit. When I heard about Dr. Mulvaney, it was what I had been praying for, I wanted someone to turn off the triggers that made me so afraid. I had the treatment yesterday, I immediately felt euphoric, as I waited, I felt a calmness & peace I have no memory of ever experiencing. I spent the night with no fear and slept the a deep untroubled sleep. I feel like a completely new person, after 50-60 years of pain and fear, the fear-induced pain is completely gone. I'm so glad I heard about Dr Mulvaney & his staff was so gracious working with me.

19 years of anxiety and anger gone!
I received my fist block in Feb and it lasted about 8 months before some but not all of my issues slightly returned. The first block allowed me to do things and feel things that I hadn't done in about 19 years. I was able to go eat with my family and actually enjoy myself. I was able to control my anger and outbursts correctly and not go from 0 to 99 in a split second. I went back for a second block because some life issues sparked a return of my anger. I was still able to do a lot of things from the first block I was just worried about my outbursts. I just had my second block minutes ago and already feel relaxed and calm. I recommend this to any and all veterans that have PTSD or similar issues. It is far better than being on all those toxic cocktails of medication with none of those crazy side effects. It has been life changing for not only me but my entire family. I owe my life to this shot and without it I may not be here today.

I honestly forgot what it felt like to be this calm and anxiety free. a total reset, plain and simple.
This was exactly what i needed. my anxiety was terrible day to day with only a few moments of clarity.
from the instant the procedure was done i could see and feel a difference. like a wave of calming and clarity i havent felt this calm and able to think or reason so easily. its really works and it really is like a ton of weight is being lifted.

Best Dr. I've been to. Knees feel incredible.
I picked Dr. Mulvaney because of his military experience and his understanding on how the military impacts the body. I had prior knee surgery from a different Dr. that could've been avoided if i came to Dr. Mulvaney first. He gave me all my options and his best recommendations. i did the prolotherapy and even after the first session i could tell a difference in my knees. Very personable and informative. Highly recommend.

A quick, safe and incredible experience with immediate results
Dr. Mulvaney and his team made me feel incredibly safe and welcomed from the first email to the end of the first procedure. I felt the calming effects of the procedure immediately. I'm going to recommend this procedure to many of the Marines I served with who also suffer from the the effects of PTSD. I can't recommend highly enough!

Positive and much-needed experience all around
Dr. Mulvaney explained the procedure fully, had a warm beside manner, and gifted me a better feeling and attitude about life, my future, and my family. This treatment was crucial to gaining momentum in the right direction by addressing psychological and physical pain that pulled me in the wrong direction everyday. The fight just feels like it got a lot easier.

I feel a sense of calmness that I that was lost forever.
Dr Mulvaney did an amazing job with me. I had already given up all hope of being able to feel any sense of calmness. After the block on the right side, I felt a lot lighter. It felt like this huge pack had been lifted off my shoulders. After the second shot, I also feel calmness in my body. I would recommend this procedure to all veterans suffering with PTSD. Colton D.

amazing results
The experience was incredible. I have dealt with PTSD for many years after time in the military. The anxiety and depression have prevented me from living the life that i wanted. Dr Mulvaney was incredible, and helped me overcome the difficulties that I was experiencing. I would highly recommend any Veteran who is struggling to speak with him, and the staff. This has been proven to be an effective approach.

Extraordinary care from a remarkable physician
You will be hard pressed to find a physician who is more committed to his patients than Dr. Mulvaney. He is professional and personable with an excellent sense of humor and an easy way about him that is immediately comforting. The SGB was life changing and I can't thank him enough for the care he provides to veterans.

Stem Cell Rotator Cuff Repair over Surgery
8 weeks out from stem cell procedure (BMAC) for torn rotator cuff - pain free, normal life activities and working on building strength. Chose stem cell over surgery because been there done that - left shoulder surgery 2004, right shoulder 2014. If I had done surgery again, I would just be getting out of the sling at this point. Instead I was in a sling only for a handful of days before starting some simple movements. A couple weeks later, started PT. So pleased with progress and results from going with stem cell option.

Hunted and Fixed a Two Decade Problem
I had a pretty serious arm break when I was a child which required multiple surgeries and metal implants. This resulted in significant loss of strength and feeling. Since then, I've tried getting help from specialists with this issue but it was brushed off a result of the injury with no hope of healing. Last week, I saw Dr. Mulvaney for an acute thumb issue and mentioned the arm problem. He took a quick look under ultrasound and immediately found the problem - something 5+ other physicians could not find in 20 years time. He traced the nerve and pointed out the issue in a way that I, a non-doctor, could understand.
He performed neuroplasty today, and I'm able to feel parts of my hand that I haven't before. I feel fortunate that he took the time during my first appointment to check this problem and didn't dismiss it as unfixable, like those before.

Dr. Mulvaney and ROSM were fantastic.
After years of back and hip pain, I was barely able to take a walk with my kids. I am now not only walking, but riding bikes and taking tap dance classes again! The staff is wonderful, caring, and supportive. Dr. Mulvaney outlined all of my options and allowed me time to make a decision about my treatment plan. He was patient as he answered every question and explained every step of the procedures. It all went smoothly and exactly as he said it would. Thanks for giving me my mobility back.

It was a smooth process. Relaxing even before the procedure.
This experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff here made it easy for me. Several other co-workers in Law Enforcement received the procedure and told me about it. I put it off thinking maybe I didn't "qualify". A close friend insisted I begin the process. It's easy. I should have done it a year ago.

Amazing treatment with great results!
I came in to see Dr. Mulvaney and my PCL5 score was over 60. I had panic attacks daily and felt like I was living my life in fear of when the next attack was going to happen. I heard about Dr. Mulvaney and the treatment and decided to try it. One month later I my score is down to a 10 and I feel amazing! I haven't had a panic attack since and I feel like I am able to be a much better mom now and fully live my life!

Magically all pain is gone!
I've lived 3 years in pain in my knees. Couldn't walk or go up or down stairs without incredible pain. Dr Mulvaney is amazing! I have seen so many specialist and he immediately figured out the problem and addressed it. I'm now running up and down stairs like a teenager. I can't thank him enough! It's magical to return to a pain-free life!

Willing to make my life better
Dr. Mulvaney treated me with an SGB 6 years ago and after 27 deployments, dealing with several suicides of team mates over the last year and witnessing the Las Vegas shooting from a rooftop I was beginning to have trouble sleeping again. I believe in the SGB as a treatment for individuals seeking relief from chronic stress as it has personally made a difference in my quality of life and my family's. It has been a game changer for me and I know for several other veterans in my circle. Dr. Mulvaney truly seeks to improve peoples' lives with this procedure.

Instant relief of my PSTD and anxiety symptoms.
I am a VET and have tried many treatment options for my PTSD. All were trauma focused. This by far helped the most and I could tell within minutes of the treatment.

avoided surgery and have much less pain
shoulder had no movement and after injections i will soon be back to sports have to be patient butthey explain how the body heals. very satisfied with my progress
