Excellent experience and a pleasant visit.
I have known this Provider for a few years. He is a caring and a capable doctor. He is always always listens to my concerns and examines me according to my symptoms. I trust his diagnosis. He always explains his findings clearly to me. He then follows up with providing me with ways in which to manage my condition. I have complete faith in him I have recommended friends and family to him

The best
The office fit me in at short notice, for which I am grateful. Dr. Kates was thorough, clear, with an immediate and reassuring diagnosis. He went further and took the time to examine my throat too since I hadn’t had it done on three years. Over all, A-plus care. (My only issue: the check-in process is too long. Too many questions; cumbersome electronic keypad.)

A knowledgeable, compassionate Doctor!
Dr Kates is a patient-centered physician. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, does a thorough examination, and makes good recommendations regarding your medical care. Moreover, his whole staff followed the same work ethic. I would definitely recommend him to patients seeking ENT care.
