I had a wonderful experience. i have known Doctor Kates for over 20 years. He has treated me and my family members .He was thorough in his exam, and able to help with my problem. He listened to what my concerns were. He performed the necessary exam and was able to give practical recommendations for what my issue was. In my opinion Dr. Kates is what a competent and caring Dr. should be like. You don't find too many like him anymore. I would recommend him to any one and have already sent one of my friends to him. He was also able to help her.
