Dr. Kates was very thorough and I felt like he was in tune to my issues
After waiting a short time, I saw Dr. Kates and he was very attentive to my issues and I feel like he was able to access and provide a solution. I did not feel rushed, he took his time, he was amiable and I felt he diagnosed the problem and solved it.

Amazing bedside manners!
Such a caring and compassionate individual. Dr. Kates was funny and very professional with excellent bedside manners that made my son relaxed and understand what the issue was. He went straight to the point and knew exactly what was wrong treated and healed my son right away. Recommend him at 1,000 percent the best.

I was impressed by the professionalism from staff and medical professionals that I encountered. I was equally impressed with the precautions displayed regarding Covid-19. Everywhere you looked was some information on Covid, what the office is doing to mitigate the spread. The doctor took his time with me and explained what I may be experiencing and recommended a plan to further investigate what the source of my condition could be. Extremely pleased with everything

Dr. Kates is an Excellent Doctor with a great disposition!
Dr. Kates took great time with my daughter cleaning out her ears and was very skillful and patient. He also took great time with me to checkout my anatomy, ask the right questions to see what was going on and in the end, we are both have a clean bill of ENT health. Great, great experience!!!Breath of fresh air!

I was taken promptly, and Dr. Kates wa, as usual, gentle, caring.
My only criticism is your phone procedures. I was told to call before going to the office but, by the time I listened to the available options etc. I was already late - so I just went up.

Great Experience!
I was warmly greeted by Michelle at reception desk where she promptly got me started with my registration. Dr Kates was exceptionally generous with his time which is uncommon these days. He listened and reacted to all of my concerns.I originally felt nervous going in but had a great experience due to my engagement with both Dr Kates and Michelle.
