This was my follow-up visit with Dr. Amato and I was very pleased that Dr. Amato remembered my specific issue and immediately performed his examination with care and a goal to resolve my issue. I look forward to working with Dr. Amato in his pursuit to remediate my issue.

Professionally Skillful
This is my first experience with Dr. Michael Amato. I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Amato's knowledge and skills in my Treatment. He explained everything thoroughly before examining me and treating me, and he was always keeping me up to date of the progress, while he was working. Dr. Amato was very friendly, and he demonstrated true patient care and concern!

Dr Amato & his staff were very professional & accomodating
I got a same day appointment for a minor emergency & the call center, the office staff & the doctor were all great. I didn't have to wait in the office once I completed an online check-in on my iphone & the doctor was personable & professional. He put my fears at ease and answered any questions. I will ABSOLUTELY return to see him again.

Happy that I was recommended to ENT and Allergy
Everyone was helpful, professional, informative and friendly. The office set up very comfortable, pretty and immaculate. The hearing test went well with the Doctor and Allysa? (sorry I think that was her name) -- Always informing me what was going on. Dr. Amato, a young and refreshing professional, whom I felt very comfortable with. It's always so nice to be with a doctor that doesn't make you feel like you're on pins and needles. Thank you ENT staff and doctors for a pleasant visit with meds which are working in such a short time.

I also liked the doctor who I saw! The unfortunate part was the long wait to see both of them. It took over 3 hours.

From start to finish a very pleasant experience. The office staff was great and I can't say enough about Dr Amato . You'll walk in saying like anyone you wish you weren't here. When you leave coming back won't be an issue that's what the experience does for you.

doctor was very good, patient clear concise listened well.
office/waiting room a little too busy for me. text when arrive is good but I should not have had to sit in car and enter my paperwork. when I made the appointment it should have been done then. very uncomfortable filling out all that information on a cell phone.

Understanding and Patient
Dr. Amato is a wonderful physician with great bedside manner. Being that I have terrible anxiety when it comes to going to the doctor, Dr. Amato and the staff made it easier and a lot less stressful. Dr. Amato makes an effort to take the time to listen to his patients and hear their concerns. While making a diagnosis he clearly explains himself while also answering any questions. I overall had a good experience and would highly recommend Dr. Amato to anyone in need of an otolaryngologist.

Wonderful
I have been working in the medical field all my adult life. I started out as an EMT then became a paramedic. After 28 years retired and moved on to hospital administration for another 15 years.
I wish my staff at my hospital were as nice, kind, and wonderful workers as your department is. If my department was, I would still be working.
