Wonderful!

Great experience
The in office experience was great. The only issue that i found, and had nothing to do with the Dr. was the online patient portal. The token given to me for signing as a new patient in the portal didn’t work. I called the office to receive another token. I was qued as (1) on the waiting list and after a few rings a message comes on to leave a call back number.
What happened to the days where people answered the phone for patients. I didn’t bother using the portal and instead waited for my actual in person appointment to fill out all the paperwork necessary. The system can be streamlined so easy its 2021. I figured if they cant get this simple thing right what else is wrong. I almost cancelled the appt. but being that the Dr had good reviews i went ahead with it anyway.

Very thorough
Excellent! As a speech language pathologist, who is knowledgeable in this area, I felt very pleased. Dr. Amato listened and was extremely thorough. He also went out of his way to make me feel comfortable during my procedure. His bedside manner was wonderful, especially since I was nervous. I would definitely return should I need an ENT again and would also refer to others (clients of mine, friends, and family).

First time meeting DrAmato as I was a patient of DrCarney. I was impressed that he had taken the time to review my history prior to coming into the exam room. He explained everything and took his time asking me questions prior to treatment.
