Very quick and efficient office, team and doctor.
Dr. Amato was very quick and efficient. I was in and out within 25 minutes, with a plan of what to do going forward with my issue. Great at listening and even grabbed the allergist for a quick question of mine that I had about the vaccine because it was not his expertise. Good experience all around.

Dr. Amato was extremely nice and kept me at ease. He is willing to support me should I start to not feel well again and continue to monitor progress should I need my tonsils taken out. Virtually no wait time and everyone was pleasant. I highly recommend this facility

Great experience
After seeing approximately 5 different ENT specialists over my lifetime, I found ENT Specialists to be amazing. When I first walked into the waiting room, I was skeptical. There were a lot of patients (socially distanced in a very large waiting room). I thought- like other ENTs I’ve been to, I would be there a while. Surprisingly, I was called in on time and only waited about 10 minutes in what I call the second waiting room. When Dr. Michael Amato came into the room, he was attentive, and listened to my issues. He examined me, and spoke to me about next steps (which did not include coming back unless I needed to) My last ENT, made appointments every 3 months and did allergy tests (even though I never had allergies or complained of any) and ever sent me for an MRI of my sinus. I am so happy we found a new ENT. Thank you.

A quick but very pleasant experience with ENT and Allergy.
I was only there for 15 minutes (a very minor issue) however I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by ENT and Allergy. Dr. Amato was very friendly. He quickly diagnosed and solved my problem. Would highly recommend his services.

If all medical appointments were like this I would lose my reluctance to visit doctor's offices.
Everyone that I came into contact with, from the admitting personnel to the medical staff, gave me a feeling that I was in expert hands and that my problems will be solved with a minimum of fuss and bother. When you have a problem with your health you want a professional, caring person to let you know that you are in good hands.
