Lisa and Laura were the techs. They explained what would happen and answered all my questions. This was my first MRI. I was a bit anxious, based on feedback I received from others who had an MRI. Both Lisa and Laura were very friendly and professional. I was given my films and they were placed on the chair across from me while I completed this survey. My personal info was showing. Lisa brought a patient back and when she walked past, she saw my personal info was showing and walked over and turned it face down so it wasn't seen - attention to detail and patient privacy-Kudos The team at the front desk were also very welcoming and pleasant. They were professional and took the adequate amount of time to "check me in". They helped me the minute I walked in and took care of me as the patient and customer. They made me the priority vs any paperwork they may have needed to complete as part of their jobs. The reason the one category is a 1 star is because it doesn't apply

Overall a quick process, all were helpful and friendly. Location was clean and comfortable.

I never want to come for mammogram but the techs at Rah always put me at ease. Thanks to Maria and Tonya.

My experience was excellent. Keith is very good with the new machine and explained everything I was not claustrophic and I will be coming back for further MRIs

In particular, Nia has an amazingly kind and compassionate spirit, with a wisdom beyond her years. Heather did a wonderful job with the actual procedure-very understanding and very professional. And Natalie came back to see how I was feeling. You are very lucky to have these lovely ladies on your team. Please take good care of them. Tricia

Was able to schedule imaging appointment next day after Doctor's order. Facility was on-time, clean, and exceeded expectations with regards to appointment.

The nature look on the machine was a very nice touch, it brought a nice environment to walk into. I like having the option to listen to music as well. Keith, my technician, was very kind.
