    Efficient

    My first time in this facility as we used to live in NY. Very efficient staff. My mammogram tech was very kind and charming. She explained the procedure to me as this is my first 3D mammogram. She also informed me that the facility also offers a complete imaging services including a concious sedation MRI. Thank you Maria.

    Staff at RAH was great

    I did not meet or interact with Dr. Hinrichs but the staff at RAH was very helpful and professional. Provided all needed info and were willing to go above to pull up old documents from 2 years ago and fax to my current doctor.

    Quick and comfortable MIR

    I had MRI images taken and the process was quick and comfortable. The techs were helpful and friendly and made the whole process smooth.

    stressful due to my shaking

    i have constant shaking and not the fault of the staff but they did not seem sensitive to this.

    NOT a pain in ther nerck,,,at least the experience

    It is so hard to be at ease when all of you is in pain, to lie still. However RAH has fabulous staff. I was running a few minutes late, stress on top of stress but they said no worries and just pushed appointment to next half hour. Clean neat,locker rooms, relaxing "skylight", noise cancellation headphones, it almost felt like a nap, maybe first rest with pain in four weeks since incident. Fast,efficient,friendly.State of the Art facility.
