Extremely skilled surgeon with great patient skills
Saw Dr. Byrd on schedule and he took the time to examine my surgery site and explain my progress in recovery. I had a number of questions and he listened patiently and answered in understandable terms. He has a great manner and skill in communicating with patients and is a skilled surgeon. I have the utmost confidence in his ability, diagnosis and medical opioions.

Excellent interaction with all personnel!
All personnel starting with the receptionists to final check out person was a breeze. Was seen by the doctor in less than 10 min of arrival. One of the most pleasant doctors appt I have had. I walked out feeling like I was in good hands.

Dr. Byrd was very patient and tolerable of all our questions
Staff was awesome trying to work with me through all of my insurance company’s hoops to get seen as I was out of area to my insurance. Everyone was very pleasant and patient with this stressful process. Dr. Byrd was amazing to work with and made me feel confident we were doing what was necessary for a great outcome. Awesome experience. Went in with Bursa pain and he gave me a shot in a hip. I’m about to have surgery on my rotator cuff and needed to be able to lay on my side.

Very knowledgeable

Quick
He is very fast during appointments but he listened and was on point. Only issue I have is I have an anxiety/ panic disorder due to PTSD and it takeS long for info to register. So by the time questions came to me he was walking out the door and knowing he was busy I didn’t feel right asking them. Not necessarily his fault of course.
