Excellent surgeon! Two total knee replacement
Dr Byrd is very efficient and is a excellent surgeon. I have had both knees replaced with Dr Byrd with excellent results. My appointments were always on time with very little wait time. Great bedside manor. I would and have recommended Dr Byrd.

Outstanding care during my double TKR
Dr Byrd provided an outstanding level of care and concern over the past 7 months as I went through two simultaneous total knee replacements. He made himself available to take calls and texts after hours and on weekends when I was dealing with unanticipated complications. His reassurance and patience in putting up with numerous questions was appreciated.

I'd let Dr Byrd replace my other knee too.
Dr Byrd's care is top notch. His treatment of my knee began conservatively, which I was pleased about. Many surgeons would have gone to the surgical solution first.
My surgery initially scheduled for early February was rescheduled to 27 December with about a week's notice. Dr Byrd's staff was so helpful, helping me complete all the pre-op work in record time. His after care was equally compassionate. I felt entirely safe having Dr Byrd replace my left knee!
