Wonderful experience!
Dr. Murphy and her staff are professional and caring in their ways. I felt in good hands throughout the office visits as well at the time of the surgical procedures. Also, the staff at Tucson Surgery Center were awesome!!!

Dr. Murphy is a total professional and I highly recommend her.
My experience was quick, easy and the results are clear vision for the first time in many years. I was able to get both eyes done before returning to work the next school year. I am very pleased with results.

An excellent comfortable experience.
Prior to having cataract surgery I was, to say the very least, very apprehensive and nervous. Dr. Murphy immediately put me at ease and explained the procedure in detail. I wanted an eye doctor that I could totally trust with this procedure and found her to be the one. Dr. Murphy is very professional, has impeccable credentials, and has an excellent bedside manner.
I recommend anyone looking for an excellent eye surgeon to contact Dr. Murphy's office for a consultation to see for yourself.

Wonderful Experience
Cataracts were really bothering me, and Dr. Murphy enabled me to see again with all the clarity I could wish for. The process was easy and the procedure for each eye completely successful. There was very little pain involved, mostly just pre-surgical drops that would sting, but the stinging went away quickly. The surgery was quick and pain-free, and I had no anxiety to speak of. If you decide to have Dr. Murphy operate on your cataracts, you're in excellent hands.

wish everyone could have this much confidence in their doctor
after a nearly 20 year relationship, my trust level continues to grow with Dr. Murphy! I have so many eye issues and Dr. Murphy has always steered me in the correct direction. She is mindful of my concerns and always so willing to incorporate them in what she does without compromise. I really like her conservative but open minded approach in the work she does.

My eyes are in the BEST hands with Dr. A. Murphy and her staff.
Dr. Murphy's training and experience have restored my eyesight. Once again, I can read the road signs without having to be on top of them. I also take pleasure in reading again since the print no longer becomes fuzzy and presents a challenge for me. I actually looked forward to my last post surgery appointment since Dr. Murphy and her staff have been so professional and kind to me. I'm only one out of so many who received their eyesight back and are able to maintain our independence.

Wonderful Experience!
This was the easiest surgery I have ever had. Virtually no pain! Thank you, Dr. Murphy for giving me back my old vision! The staff(s) at Dr. Murphy's office and at the surgical center are so easy to interact with and both offices do exactly what they say they are going to do, exactly on time!

Comfortable experience
Dr Murphy has been taking care of our family for over 20 years now. The office experience has always been excellent. Dr Murphy has done our cataracts and the result 12 years later is

everything went very smoothly
Initially there was a change in the site where my surgery was to be. This was confusing to me. But in the end, this really didn't matter. Everyone was welcoming and quickly put me at ease. The surgery itself was easy and I didn't have any discomfort afterwards. THe chart on how to use the drops after surgery make that aspect easy too. Right away after surgery, my distance vision was better and the world seemed brighter! I've had some struggle to figure out which glasses to use -- but quickly settled into using readers for reading and not wearing glasses to drive or doing most other things. I'm eager to get my other eye taken care of in a couple of weeks. Dr. Murphy has seen me twice after surgery and all is good.

I was recommended to her a long time ago for an eye issue. She's now seen me through an emergency detached retina and now cataract surgery (she did the cataract surgery). That latter surgery turned out to be trivial and wonderful. I cannot imagine a better eye doctor.

excellent result; excellent service
Had cataracts removed from both eyes; right eye complicated. Dr. Murphy put me at ease by taking the time to explain the problems I was facing and by personally tailoring the whole gamut of preop, operative and post op experiences. I have been seeing her for many years and have complete confidence in her.

Awesome experience!
Was born with congential cataracts. Dr.Murphy was the first doctor who ever brought up the idea of cataract surgery. It has been a life changer! I can see so much better. I can read again. I The surgery was quick for each eye and I wouldn't change a thing! Dr. Murphy is very personable and spends the time with you to explain the complex workings of the eye.

right +left eye cataract surgery
I felt right away confident with Dr Murphy and don't know how to thank her for restoring my vision:colors are now more intense, black is more black, shapes are sharper.
My whole experience was far better than what I had heard from others and expected for myself: very friendly stuff, both at the office and the surgery center. I feel very lucky to meet Dr Murphy: she listened and answered clearly to all questions, made these surgeries as comfortable as possible , in one world she changed my life.

I had such a great experience with her and her office staff. Very friendly environment.
On the day of my surgery, I felt really confident and excited because I knew I will get my vision back. The result is AMAZING! I have my 20/20 vision again!
